Durch die sehr gute Erfahrung der Trainer hab ich 25kg abgenommen weil sie mich Motiviert und gepusht haben und mir gezeigt haben wie man richtig abnehmen soll und das alles nur durch Ernährung und richtiges Training. Natürlich braucht man für den Weg einen Willen um diesen weg zu bestreiten. Mittlerweile ist ein zweites zuhause für mich.
Very good gym highly recommended I am now 2 years in the gym and I was helped a lot. Due to the very good experience of the trainers, I lost 25kg because they motivated and pushed me and showed me how to lose weight, all through nutrition and proper training. Of course you need a will to fight this way for the way. Meanwhile, a second home for me.
