★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin mit der Lüftungsanlage von Nilan grundsätzlich zufrieden. Jetzt war jedoch eine kleinere Reparatur und ein Service fällig. 608.- Euro dafür sind aber doch eine Zumutung! Auf Grund der teuren Service Gebühren würde ich ein solches Gerät nicht nochmals kaufen
I am basically satisfied with the Nilan ventilation system. However, a minor repair and service was now due. 608.- euros for this are an impertinence! Due to the expensive service fees, I would not buy such a device again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich wollte mir neue Filter für meine Wohnraumlüftung bestellen. Meine Anfrage per E-Mail wurde nicht beantwortet. Eine Woche später habe ich bei der Fa. Nilan angerufen um die Beantwortung meiner Anfrage zu urgieren. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass sich jemand um meine Anfrage kümmert. Eine Woche später das selbe Spiel nochmal. Nun habe ich aufgegeben und meine Filter bei einem anderen Unternehmen bestellt.
I wanted to order new filters for my home ventilation. My email request was not answered. A week later I called the Nilan company to urge my inquiry to be answered. I have been told that someone is looking into my request. A week later the same game again. Now I've given up and ordered my filters from another company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ warte seit Monaten auf einen Kostenvoranschlag die Anlage steht seitdem still.Der Service Techniker erzählte nur wie teuer alles ist und eine neue Anlage wäre sinnvoller obwohl er nichts auseinander genommen hat ?und das süffisante Lächeln als er erklärte die Lager kosten pro Stück 300€ werden aber dauernd kaputt zeigt dass Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit hier nicht an erster Stelle steht ?achja ein Kühlmaschinentechniker könnte uns auch helfen sagte der Mitarbeiter vorort?
I've been waiting for a cost estimate for months and the system has been standing still ever since. The service technician just told me how expensive everything is and a new system would make more sense although he didn't disassemble anything ? and the smug smile when he explained the bearings cost €300 per piece but will constantly broken shows that quality and customer satisfaction is not the top priority here ? oh yes, a cooling machine technician could also help us, said the employee on site ?
