Einfach nur letztklassig. Gemeinsam mit World4You und der Österreichischen Post das mieseste was man sich bezüglich Kundensupport erwarten darf. Bravo Support Unreachable, none of the specified phone numbers work. The only thing this mess can do is send invoices. Just last class. Together with World4You and the Austrian Post, the worst thing you can expect in terms of customer support. Bravo
A	A B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich habe mehrere Domains in verschiedenen Ländern und normalerweise lässt man eine Domain einfach auslaufen und gut ist. Nicht so bei nic.at bzw. bei österreichischen Domains. Die halten die Domains und schicken dann noch Inkasso-Schreiben samt Aufschlägen und was weiß ich alles. Natürlich verweist man auf die "Verträge" und man wird ja beim Domainkauf "darauf hingewiesen". Also ganz ehrlich, in den AGBs darf eigentlich nichts drinstehen, was man nicht erwartet. Ich kenn nicht EINE Registrierungsstelle, die so verfährt wie die nic.at. Währen das nicht so nervige Beträge um die 100 EUR müsste man sich überlegen, ob das nicht was für irgend einen Gerichtshof ist. Wahrscheinlich haben die erkannt, dass man mit Inkasso wohl mehr Geld verdienen kann, als mit der Registrierung der Domains an sich. Richtiger Saftladen. So I have several domains in different countries and usually one domain just expires and is good. Not so with nic.at or Austrian domains. They hold the domains and then send debt collection letters with surcharges and what do I know. Of course one refers to the "contracts" and one is "pointed out" when buying a domain. In all honesty, there shouldn't be anything in the terms and conditions that you don't expect. I do not know ONE registration authority that does the same as nic.at. If the amounts around 100 EUR were not so annoying, one would have to consider whether this is not something for some kind of court. They probably realized that you can earn more money with debt collection than with registering the domains themselves. Proper juice shop.

Ich hatte ich einen netten und kompetenten Herrn auf der anderen Leitung, der mir endlich geholfen hat, mein Dilemma, das mir world4you eingebrockt hat, zu lösen. Diese haben nämlich vorzeitig die Kündigung meiner Domain gemeldet, obwohl diese noch bis 02/2021 aktiv sein sollte. Somit war meine Domain gesperrt und eine Übernahme zum neuen Vertragspartner war nicht möglich. Von mir eine volle 5 Sterne für das tolle Kundenservice! I can't understand the bad reviews either! I had a nice and competent gentleman on the other line who finally helped me to solve my dilemma that world4you had caused me. They reported the termination of my domain early, although it should still be active until 02/2021. So my domain was blocked and a takeover to the new contractual partner was not possible. A full 5 stars from me for great customer service!

Ich hatte auch das Problem mit der automatischen Rückgabe der Domain und den entstehenden Kosten bei nic.at Ein Anruf hat mir hier sehr weitergeholfen. Es kamen vorher genügend Mails, die auf die entstehenden Kosten hingewiesen haben welche ich übersehen habe. Bei Vertragsabschluss gab es auch einen Hinweis über die entstehenden Kosten. Mein Tipp: Den Kundenservice so schnell wie möglich anrufen. Totally okay! Super nice service! I also had the problem with the automatic return of the domain and the costs incurred at nic.at A phone call helped me a lot. There were enough emails before that pointed out the costs that I had overlooked. When the contract was signed, there was also a note about the costs involved. My tip: Call customer service as soon as possible.
S	Shariq Reza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wenn man eine domain beim provider löscht sollte davon ausgegangen werden können das sie weg ist. aber nein nic hat sie noch und ignoriert den löschauftrag und sendet rechnungen ohne auftrag.. if you delete a domain from the provider it should be assumed that it is gone. but no, nic still has it and ignores the deletion order and sends invoices without an order ..
