(leider muss man einen Stern vergeben) GESENDETE SUPPORT-ANFRAGEMAILS WERDEN EINFACH GELÖSCHT ! hosttech GmbH ist nicht an neuen Kunden interessiert! 10 Tage nach unserer Anfrage noch immer keine Antwort. Nach unserem Anruf fand man nicht einmal mehr unser Mail, obwohl wir eine automatische Ticket-Nr. als Kurzantwort bekamen, in der stand, dass das Ticket "schnellstmöglich" behandelt wird. Das heißt, es wurde das Anfrage-Mail einfach gelöscht! HANDS OFF !!! (unfortunately you have to assign a star) SUBMITTED SUPPORT INQUIRIES ARE SIMPLY DELETED! hosttech GmbH is not interested in new customers! 10 days after our request still no response. After we called, we couldn't even find our mail, although we have an automatic ticket no. got as a short answer, in which the ticket was dealt with "as soon as possible". This means that the request email was simply deleted!

Zuerst zu meinem Fehler: Hab eine URL über euch gemietet und dafür eine E-Mail-Adresse verwendet, die speziell für dieses Projekt angelegt war. Das Projekt ist irgendwann eingeschlafen, die Mail-Adresse habe ich nicht mehr verwendet und damit leider auch Zahlungserinnerungen übersehen. Jetzt zu der riesigen Sauerei: Während Sie scheinbar meine Adresse nicht gekannt und mich auch nie per Brief kontaktiert haben, ging der erste Brief Ihres Inkasso-Büros direkt in mein Postfach, die kannten meine Adresse scheinbar. Die Folge: 40 Euro Aufpreis. Und deshalb: Danke für nichts, in diesem Leben werde ich kein Kunde mehr. Wenn ihr also fragt, was ihr besser machen könnt: Optimiert euer Mahnwesen. Wenn die erste Benachrichtigung Ihres Inkasso-Unternehmens per Brief kommen kann, warum dann nicht auch Ihre letzte Mahnung? Verstehe ich bis heute nicht. Der Support antwortet sehr rasch und konnte mir bei meinen Anliegen bisher immer kompetent weiterhelfen. Derzeit habe ich mehrere Webseiten bei Hosttech laufen und einen vServer angemietet, welcher im neuen Virtual Datacenter läuft. Bei letzterem wurde ich sehr kompetent von Herrn Dörrer beraten und wir konnten gemeinsam die für meine Anforderungen passende Lösung finden. Das Angebot von Hosttech kann ich daher nur jedem weiterempfehlen! I have been a Hosttech customer for several years and am very satisfied with the offer, service and reliability. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Antworten im Support dauern teilweise sehr lange, obwohl ich den Business Support habe. Trotzdem 5 Sterne, weil im gesamten alles super ist.
