★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz massiver Lieferschwierigkeiten bei Wallboxen wird hier insbesondere in Person von Herr Kopeinig ein herausragender Kundenservice geboten, den ich in der Form und mit der persönlichen Note so noch nicht erlebt habe. Stets prompte, ausführliche und kompetente Rückmeldungen, im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten absolut zuverlässig. Für jedes Unternehmen, dass seinen Kundenservice verbessern möchte eine Vorbild. Weiter so und viel Erfolg für die Zukunft!
Despite massive delivery problems with wallboxes, excellent customer service is offered here, especially in the person of Mr. Kopeinig, which I have never experienced in this form and with the personal touch. Always prompt, detailed and competent feedback, absolutely reliable within the scope of the possibilities. A role model for every company that wants to improve its customer service.
