K	Ker stin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind seit einigen Monaten hier in Behandlung und waren vorher in einer anderen Klinik. Auch die vorige Klinik war gut, aber in der Zech-Klinik fühle ich mich persönlich noch etwas wohler. Die Assistentinnen und Ärzte waren bisher alle sehr freundlich. Bei Bedarf erhält man Antworten auf konkrete Fragen. Manchmal muss man auf Rückruf oder überhaupt auf eine Reaktion etwas warten, die Antwort ist dann aber auch entsprechend fundiert. Auch mit einem Biologen habe ich mal telefoniert und er war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Bisher bin ich noch nicht schwanger bzw. hatte einen frühen Abort aus einem Versuch. Die Ergebnisse auf den Zwischenschritten (Follikelanzahl, Reigung, Blastozysten-Anzahl) waren bei mir hier in einem Versuch besser als in drei Versuchen in einer anderen Klinik. Es gibt auch hier keine Erfolgsgarantie, aber der eingeschlagene Weg überzeugt mich persönlich. Und nein: Ich bin dort nicht angestellt, nicht verwandt, nicht verschwägert - einfach nur zufrieden! We have been in treatment here for a few months and were previously in a different clinic. The previous clinic was also good, but personally I feel a little better at the Zech Clinic. The assistants and doctors have all been very friendly so far. If necessary, you can get answers to specific questions. Sometimes you have to wait a bit for a call back or for a reaction at all, but the answer is then appropriately well-founded. I also called a biologist once and he was very friendly and competent. So far I am not pregnant or had an early abortion from an attempt. The results on the intermediate steps (number of follicles, inclination, number of blastocysts) were better here in one trial than in three trials in another clinic. There is no guarantee of success here either, but the path I have chosen convinces me personally. And no: I am not employed there, not related, not related by marriage - just satisfied!

M	Madame MS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen . Ich persönlich kann nur positives berichten . Die Damen am Empfang waren immer sehr freundlich. Das Erstgespräch war auch total informativ und wir haben uns von Anfang an gut aufgehoben gefühlt . Die erste ICSI hat leider nicht geklappt . Aber dafür können die Ärzte ja auch nichts . Ich finde das ganze Team macht einen super Job und beim zweiten Versuch hat es dann auch geklappt !! Klar, die Einnahme der ganzen Medikamente und Spritzen sind mit der Zeit wirklich sehr belastend aber was macht man nicht Alles . Wir sagen auf jeden Fall Danke und wir würden die Klinik von Dr. Zech auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. I can't understand all of the bad reviews. Personally, I can only report positive things. The ladies at the front desk were always very friendly. The first interview was also totally informative and we felt we were in good hands from the start. Unfortunately, the first ICSI did not work. But the doctors can't help that either. I think the whole team is doing a great job and it worked on the second try !! Sure, taking all the medication and injections is really very stressful over time, but what is not there to do. We definitely say thank you and we would recommend Dr. Definitely recommend Zech.

Kein fixer Ansprechpartner, dauernd wechselnde Ärzte von Termin zu Termin und keiner macht sich die Mühe, die Patientenakte im Vorfeld anzuschauen. Sehr schade. Wir können leider keine Empfehlung aussprechen. Unfortunately a very impersonal 'handling' of patients. No fixed contact person, doctors constantly changing from appointment to appointment and no one takes the trouble to look at the patient file in advance. It's a shame. Unfortunately we cannot make a recommendation.

M	Michelle KYC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception and assistants making the bookings are so messy and unprofessional. They book me different doctors for my first and second appointments without letting me know, I waited 2 weeks from the first and second appointment, realised on the day and now have to wait 2 more weeks to talk with the right doctor. The staff also forgot to send me the call details on the first call and casued delay and we had to reschedule our work calls to compromise. After all these, no apologise was once given. However, the doctors are great and professional. Just make sure you get an appointment to get to them :D
P	Petal stuffs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are here to juice money out of you which I find unfair. A lot of hidden cost which are undiscussed. They seize every opportunity to charge you and send you to their partners clinic. They do not accept test you've done before. Even though our doctors send them our test results they didn't want it because it is not from their partner clinic. They only accept tests from labs they are partnered with. The receptionist are messy, so rude and unfriendly.
