★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nicht sehr Kulant was Reklamationen bei defekt ohne Kassenbon da geschenkt anbelangt. Unverrichteter Dinge wieder weggeschickt. Angeblich Befehl von oben. In anderen Store dann 80 km weiter weg gefahren. Sofort umgetauscht oder Geld sogar zurück und 10 Euro Sorry Gutschein erhalten durch die Umstände mit Bregenz. Das ist Kundenservice .
Unfortunately not very accommodating when it comes to complaints about defects without a receipt. Sent away without having done anything. Allegedly orders from above. Then drove 80 km further away in another store. Exchanged immediately or your money back and received a 10 Euro Sorry voucher due to the circumstances with Bregenz. That is customer service.
