The food tasted good but the constant apologising for forgetting our table, the time we waited for our drinks and for the bill made the experience stressful. So although service was friendly, staff should be a little more organised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went twice, was both times served after over 1 hour waiting time (due to “glitches”) a poor quality burger (tasteless meat, dodgy smell, soggy bread). Waiters are friendly and doing their best to make up for the rest but excessive apologizing and free drinks that they conveniently forget to remove from the bill won’t cut it for me, never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first 99% of the stay was quite good, and the food pretty tasty as well. But when paying it appeared to be several dishes on the menu named identically, and I was charged for another than I had intended to order. Confronting the employee taking payments with this, she got really mad and smacked a bill on the counter, far bigger than the refund I wanted. I couldn't accept that, as all I wanted was to pay for what I ordered, but it was all an effective way to ruin an initially pleasant meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cousin and I got in Klagenfurt Friday night coming from a long trip and stopped by the burger boutique without knowing anything.. we saw the closest place to us because we just wanted to have a bite to eat after a long day. But the little thing just turned into an incredibly amazing experience ??? They dished up a superb burger and a very warm service!! Beer was cold and I love how flavorful the cocktails were. We are absolutely thrilled, went again Saturday and today (Monday) again and again.. burritos, staff, drinks, environment, burgers, fries I MEAN all perfect ?
