Reklamationen wurden immer zuvorkommend erledigt. (Eimal passte ein Ring trotz richtiger Größe nicht und einmal hatte ein Armband einen Fehler) Friendly staff who advise you well. Very nice designer jewelry, even on a small and medium budget. Gifts are always well received. Complaints were always courteously dealt with. (Once a ring did not fit despite the correct size and once a bracelet had a fault)

The jewelry here is exactly my taste: beautiful and sophisticated but also a bit quirky. You can find something in every price range.

Letzteres habe ich leider erst nach drei Wochen bemerkt, weshalb mir auch kein Umtausch mehr gewehrt wurde. Bin schwer enttäuscht von der Qualität und werde mich das nächste Mal für einen anderen Juwelier entscheiden. The stones on the ear studs I had bought came off after two weeks. Another ear stud was sold to me bent. Unfortunately, I only noticed the latter after three weeks, which is why I was no longer given an exchange. I am very disappointed with the quality and will choose a different jeweler next time.
l	lisa fahrner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Schmuck schaut zwar schön aus, die Produktqualität ist leider jedoch ebenso minderwertig wie die Kundenbetreuung. Kann mich nur anderen kritischen Meinungen anschließen. Zur Erklärung: Ringe verfärben sich innerhalb weniger Wochen, Steinchen sind schnell mal aus der Fassung draußen, Armbänder reißen nach wenigen Monaten. Betritt man das Geschäft ohne Gucci, Prada oder anderem offensichtlich markantem Statussymbol wird man nicht nur nicht bedient, sondern auch nach anfänglichem Ignorieren verächtlich gemustert als hätte man sich im Geschäft verirrt. Die Bereitschaft solch bodenständige Persönlichkeiten zu bedienen hält sich in Grenzen. Vom Kundenservice (Stichwort: Problemlösungen -für etlich kaputte Schmuckstücke die geschenkt wurden, denn ich werde dieses Geschäft nicht mehr betreten) ganz zu schweigen. The jewelry looks nice, but unfortunately the product quality is inferior, as is the customer support. I can only agree with other critical opinions. To explain: Rings change color within a few weeks, stones are quickly out of the setting, bracelets tear after a few months. If you enter the shop without a Gucci, Prada or other obviously distinctive status symbol, you will not only not be served, but also, after initially ignoring them, will be looked at contemptuously as if you had lost your way in the shop. The willingness to serve such down-to-earth personalities is limited. Not to mention the customer service (key word: problem solving - for a number of broken pieces of jewelry that were given as gifts, because I will not enter this shop again).

Ich habe ihn zu alltäglichen Dingen, wie Autofahren, Bürotätigkeiten und Ausgehen mit Handschuhen getragen. Trotzdem wurde mir durch die Blume erklärt ich hätte ihn so zugerichtet, da er ja verbogen sei. Kundenservice ist unterirdisch, die Dame kennt nicht einmal den Unterschied zwischen Garantie und Gewährleistung… und bot mir nur die Hälfte des Verkaufspreises an - so unglaublich kulant, wenn man bei einem Preis von 19€ zum Knausern anfangen muss. Ein schlechter Witz ist das von einem doch namhaften Laden. Sehr schade, habe das Geschäft oft weiterempfohlen, nun muss ich aber dringlichst davon abraten und werde es auch in meinem Bekanntenkreis und Kundenkreis weitererzählen. I wore it with gloves on for everyday things like driving a car, doing office work, and going out. Nevertheless, the flower explained to me that I had dressed it up because it was bent. Customer service is underground, the lady doesn't even know the difference between guarantee and warranty ... and only offered me half the sales price - so incredibly accommodating when you have to skimp on a price of 19 €. It's a bad joke from a well-known store. It's a shame, I often recommended the business to others, but now I have to urgently advise against it and will pass it on to my circle of friends and customers. I bought something anyways and had to ask for a bag which she handed me over while rolling her eyes, was like she wanted to get rid of anyone and didn't want to work at all. At least the quality of the jewellery seems to be good.

They were friendly, but wouldn't go the extra mile to make you really feel comfortable and in a way, that you would want to come again. Experience: if you know what you want, come buy and get it. If you're expecting any further assistance, you won't be satisfied.
