★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Linzati hat offensichtlich Probleme mit Rechtsanwälten, da er diese ohne Grund verbal attackiert und die Stimmung aufhetzt. Er arbeitet nicht deeskalierend, sondern lässt die Situation eskalieren. Er ist offensichtlich überfordert, zumal er in den Akt nicht eingelesen war und vermutlich deshalb aggressiv reagiert. Ich rate dem Verein Neustart, dass er diesen Sachbearbeiter fortbilden lässt, da er sonst glaubt, dass er Richter spielen darf.
Mr Linzati obviously has problems with lawyers because he verbally attacks them for no reason and incites the mood. He does not work de-escalating, but lets the situation escalate. He is obviously overwhelmed, especially since he was not read into the file and therefore probably reacted aggressively. I advise the Neustart club that they give this clerk further training, otherwise he believes that he can play a judge.
