Ein Zettel mit: "komme gleich" hängt an der Tür, damit man den Eindruck bekommt, dass es gleich weitergeht. Am Telefon wurde ich über die ungewöhnlichen Öffnungszeiten der Filiale in der Seestadt informiert mit der Bemerkung, was ich überhaupt von der Filiale ohne Termin brauchen könnte.
Batterien wollte ich für mein Hörgerät. Stattdessen habe ich einen Strafzettel bekommen, weil ich doch zu lange gewartet habe.

Opening times are given incorrectly. The gentlemen are only in the shop until 1:30 p.m. 3 times a week. A note with: "Come soon" hangs on the door, so that you get the impression that things are going on in a moment. On the phone, I was informed about the unusual opening times of the branch in Seestadt, with a remark about what I could even need from the branch without an appointment.
I wanted batteries for my hearing aid. Instead, I got a ticket for waiting too long.
