D	DaMoled on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist ein Fitnessclub und mehr. Jeder Mitarbeiter und Besucher geht miteinander respektvoll um. Die Geräte sind Top und gut für jegliche Trainingspläne. Weitere besondere Kurse werden angeboten wo die Trainier äußerst motiviert die Übungen mit einem durchgehen. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr gut positioniert. Sei es ein Trainer Louis der als Floortrainer herrum geht und extra schaut ob Übungen ja nicht falsch oder körperschädigend ausgeführt werden. Ein Socialexperte Benjamin, der gefühlt jeden Besucher persönlich kennt und noch extra die Leute motiviert ohne ungut zu wirken. Der Chef Robiel persönlich der oft zu sehen ist und ebenfalls sportliche Tipps gibt. Der Emmanuel für die Bürokratie der aber ebenfalls für jegliche Unterstützung da ist. Mir gefällts dort. It's a health club and more. Every employee and visitor treats one another with respect. The devices are great and good for any training plan. Other special courses are offered where the trainer is extremely motivated to go through the exercises with one. The employees are all very well positioned. Be it a trainer Louis who goes around as a floor trainer and checks that exercises are not being carried out incorrectly or in a way that is harmful to the body. Benjamin is a social expert who knows every visitor personally and who also motivates people without looking bad. The boss Robiel personally who is often seen and also gives sporting tips. The Emmanuel for the bureaucracy who is also there for any support. I like it there.

Das ganze Team ist sehr sympathisch und die liebevoll zubereiteten Shakes sind ein Traum. Nach dem Training in den See zu springen ist auch ein nettes Goodie. Ich habe mich noch nie in einem Fitnesstudio wohl gefühlt doch im Gate 9 gelingt das. Ultra modern fitness studio with a mega beautiful sauna area. Pleasant atmosphere during training. The whole team is very personable and the lovingly prepared shakes are a dream. Jumping into the lake after a workout is a nice goodie too. I've never felt comfortable in a fitness studio, but it works in Gate 9.
H	Heidi Merkl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit 2 Monaten trainiere ich im Studio und kann nur sagen beste Leistung, bester Service, super Ausstattung, Ich habe schon einige Studios in Wien ausprobiert aber diese Herzlichkeit und Fröhlichkeit hier im Gate 9 habe ich noch in keinem anderen erlebt. Hier findet eigentlich jeder das perfekte Training für sich, fit in jedem Alter wird hier gelebt. I have been training in the studio for 2 months and can only say best performance, best service, great equipment, I have already tried several studios in Vienna, but I have never experienced this warmth and happiness here in Gate 9 in any other. Everyone can find the perfect training for themselves here; people of all ages live here.

A	Aziz hsissen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die MitarbeiterInnen sind hier extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut. Ich habe seit einem Monat einen Vertrag hier und war bis Gestern sehr zufrieden. Gestern ging ich nach dem Training ( 14:30) wie üblich in die Sauna, fand sie aber ausgeschaltet. Der zuständige Mitarbeiter teilte mir dann, dass die Sauna Zeiten sich geändert haben und zwar sie kann erst ab 16:00 benutzt werden. Diese Veränderungen wurde mit den Mitgliedern nicht kommuniziert und passen für meine Bedürfnisse als jemand, der im Radldienst arbeitet ( unregelmäßige Dienste) nicht. Nach dem ich mich beschwert habe wurde die Sauna doch eingeschaltet. Wir vereinbarten ein Gespräch für heute 08.10.2021, welches auch um 12:00 stattfand. Ich informierte den Manager ( MA), dass diese neue Änderungen meiner Erwartungen und Bedürfnissen als Behindertenbetreuer nicht passen. Wir vereinbarten, dass ich den Vertrag kündigen darf. Schade, dass die Freundlichkeit der MitarbeiterInnen und ihre Glaubwürdigkeit durch diese Aktionen des Managements gefährdet wird! The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is good. I've had a contract here for a month and was very satisfied until yesterday. Yesterday after training (2:30 p.m.) I went to the sauna as usual, but found it turned off. The responsible employee then informed me that the sauna times have changed and that it can only be used from 4:00 pm. These changes were not communicated with the members and do not suit my needs as someone who works in the cycling service (irregular services). After I complained, the sauna was turned on. We arranged a meeting for today, October 8th, 2021, which also took place at 12:00. I informed the manager (MA) that these new changes did not suit my expectations and needs as a disabled carer. We agreed that I can terminate the contract. It is a shame that the friendliness of the employees and their credibility is endangered by these management actions!

Das Fitnessstudio ist wirklich schön, ob man den Preis dafür bezahlen will ist eine andere Frage. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Es ist aber so dass dir Freundlichkeit von anderen wohl vorgespielt wird. Denn beim 1. Lockdown habe ich gebeten die Beiträge nicht von meinem Konto einzuziehen, da ich selber von Kurzarbeit geplagt war. Trotzdem haben die fleissig weiter abgebucht. Auf meine Anfragen hin gab es keine Antworten. Bis heute habe ich kein Geld gesehen bzw wurde mir keine Lösung angeboten, weder die Monate dran zu hängen noch sonst was. Nennt sich sowas Kundenfreundlich? Abgesehen davon sind die Öffnungszeiten eine Frechheit!!! Ich habe mich dann bei einem anderem Studio angemeldet. Und fühle mich dort sehr wohl, ich habe dort alles, was ich brauche, für etwas weniger Geld. Hands off! The first impression you get is of course a very nice one. The gym is really nice, if you want to pay the price is another question. Most of the staff are friendly. But the fact is that friendliness is probably played on you by others. Because during the 1st lockdown I asked not to withdraw the contributions from my account because I was plagued by short-time work myself. Nevertheless, they diligently continued to debit. There were no replies to my inquiries. To this day I haven't seen any money or been offered a solution, neither to add the months to it nor anything else. Is that what you call customer friendly? Apart from that, the opening times are a joke!!! I then signed up for another studio. And I feel very comfortable there, I have everything I need there for a little less money.

Super nette Leute, Mitglieder wie Personal. Top Geräte und immer alles sehr sauber. Daumen hoch, bitte macht weiter so! I've been training at Gate 9 for over a year. I've been to many fitness centers but this is by far the best. Super nice people, members like staff. Top equipment and always very clean. Thumbs up please keep it up!
