★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also die Firma war jetzt 2 mal da, beim ersten mal um die Therme zu warten! Es ging schnell sauber und der Preis passte auch!
Das zweite mal war heute um halb 3 in der früh! Wir hatten im Haus einen Kabelbrannt und ich versuchte mein Glück um die Uhrzeit bei ihnen, und ohne zu überlegen kam er sofort und half uns!!!
Das macht nicht jeder gleich! Finde das super denn sonst würde vom Haus wahrscheinlich nimmer viel da sein!

So the company was here 2 times, the first time to wait for the spa! It was clean quickly and the price was right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben Samstag Abend angerufen beim Notdienst der FA Neumayer, weil es uns im Technikraum das Schmutzwasser beim Überlauf reingedrückt hat, wir vermuteten eine Verstopfung im Kanal. Wir bekamen keine Hilfe. Im Gegenteil. Uns wurde wortwörtlich am Telefon gesagt "verbrauchts halt kein Wasser und rufts am Montag wieder an". Sowas ist einfach eine Frechheit!!! Zum Glück gibt es noch andere, kompetente Firmen, die uns dann vor einer Katastrophe bewahrt haben
We called the Neumayer emergency service on Saturday evening because the dirty water in the technical room was pushed in at the overflow, we suspected a blockage in the sewer. We got no help.
