Da ich Jahrelang in diesem Unternehmen gearbeitet habe kann ich bestätigen das die Produkte sehr hochwertig und Langlebig sind. Ich und mein Team konnte in den letzen Jahren den Produktionsprozess vor allem im Bereich Großtafeln stark verbessern und auch in den Standard Alform Formaten die Produktion beschleunigen und ebenso auch hier die Qualität verbessern.
Leider konnte das Dienstverhältnis nicht fortgeführt werden und ich wurde nach 4 Jahren zur Kündigung gezwungen, da mir eine nette Kollegin unterstellte ein Menschenverachtender Stalker zu sein der sie in der Arbeit beschimpft und beleidigt. Die höchst kompetente Geschäftsführung beschloss dies ohne ein Gespräch für glaubhaft zu halten und zwang mich sehr fürsorglich unter dem verlockenden Angebot der Fristlosen Kündigung auf der als Kündigungsgrund das Belästigen von Kollegen stand, zur Einvernehmlichen Auflösung des Dienstvertrages.
