Die Inhaberin mehr als nett und kompetent. Weil ich mit meinem kleinen Sohn unterwegs war wurde die Maschine sogar zum Auto getragen. Bin schwer begeistert und werde meine nächste Maschine wieder dort holen ? Despite the lockdown, I was allowed to pick up my new machine. A real blessing as a trader. The great advice took place by email (answer even on Sunday). The owner is more than nice and competent. Because I was traveling with my little son, the machine was even carried to the car. I am very enthusiastic and will get my next machine there again ?

Ist 2mal in Folge passiert, noch bevor ich meine Anfrage überhaupt stellen konnte. Bin trotzdem ins Geschäft gefahren, um mich dort zu informieren. Auch vor Ort herrscht ein sehr unguter und unfreundlicher Umgang mit Kunden. Offensichtlich fühlte sich die Dame vor Ort gestört. Vielleicht wäre es zu überlegen, ob eine Verkäuferin, die keinen Kundenkontakt möchte, in ihrem Beruf gut aufgehoben ist. Ich werde mein Geld zukünftig lieber bei der Konkurrenz lassen. Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional dealings with customers. The phone is picked up but hangs up randomly. Happened 2 times in a row before I could even make my request. Still went to the store to find out more. There is also very uncomfortable and unfriendly contact with customers on site. Obviously, the lady on site felt disturbed. Perhaps it should be considered whether a saleswoman who does not want customer contact is in good hands in her job. I would rather leave my money with the competition in the future.

Allerdings ist mir schon öfter aufgefallen, dass viele Kunden nicht wissen was sie wollen! ☝ Die netten Damen in diesem Geschäft haben eben leider keine "Zauberkugel" die ihnen sagt, was Kunden möchten! Man sollte wissen wie man sich als Kunde verhält!!! Wenn man einen Reißverschluss oder Gummi möchte, dann sollte man schon wissen welchen Reißverschluss man möchte, oder welche Länge an Gummi, man benötigt! Kunden die einen Stern abgeben, sollten sich wirklich schämen, denn meistens seid ihr es selber, die mit einem Stern bewertet werden solltet! ? Denn auch als Kunde könnte man sich benehmen, oder wissen was man kaufen möchte!!! Es gibt nur mehr wenige Geschäfte wo man so ausführlich und nett beraten wird. Stellt euch doch mal alle in den Verkauf für 1-2 Wochen, dann solltet ihr euch erst trauen eine Bewertung abzugeben!! I go shopping here regularly and have NEVER had bad experiences. You should know how to behave as a customer! If you want a zipper or elastic, then you should already know which zipper you want, or what length of elastic you need! Customers who give a star should really be ashamed, because it is mostly you yourself who should be rated with a star! ? Because even as a customer you could behave yourself or know what you want to buy !!! There are only a few shops left where you can get such detailed and nice advice. Just put yourselves in the sale for 1-2 weeks, then you should first dare to give a rating!

Die Verkäuferin war sehr bemüht und hat mir eine machbar Lösung angeboten... sie ist neu und kannte noch nicht das gesamte Sortiment. Dann kam die Chefin dazu und hat mir genau das angeboten was ich suchte. Beide sehr freundlich, kompetente Beratung und sehr bemüht den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Es kommt immer darauf an wie man auf andere Menschen zu geht. I was in the shop today for advice. I have described exactly what I need. The saleswoman tried very hard and offered me a feasible solution... she is new and did not yet know the entire range. Then the boss came along and offered me exactly what I was looking for. Both very friendly, competent advice and very hard to please the customer. It all depends on how you approach other people.
