Problem is solved by the boss after only one hour. After two days, the spare part is there and will be installed immediately. It could not be better!

Absolute frechheit unzuverlässig frech und nicht zu vertrauen!! Quotation very quickly, appointment was made, wait after 30 minutes and call several times not picked up, called after 30 minutes and said outrageously I'm going now, after asking why you shouldn't call beforehand said outrageously: well then nothing will hang up !! Absolute cheekiness unreliable cheeky and not to be trusted !!

Hinterlässt einen schlechten ersten Eindruck. Lieber Finger weg von solchen Geschäften. Gut das wir vorab draufgekommen sind. Kein Partner für uns hinsichtlich Garagentore. Konnte leider keine 0 Sterne vergeben. Just didn't show up for the appointment. Unreliable and incompetent. Wanted to measure according to the offer. Just didn't come. Leaves a bad first impression. Better stay away from such business. It's good that we figured it out in advance. No partner for us regarding garage doors. Couldn't give 0 stars.

Nagl war und ist noch immer für alles rund um Tore, Fenster, Sonnenschutz äußerst kompetent und weiß aus Erfahrung sofort Bescheid. Auch seine Mitarbeiter(in) sind freundlich und wissend. Ich wünsche diesem Team weiterhin viel Erfolg... I have known this company for 35 years, back then on Esslinger Hauptstrasse. Mr. Nagl was and still is extremely competent for everything to do with gates, windows and sun protection and knows from experience immediately. His employees are also friendly and knowledgeable. I wish this team continued success ...

Angebotsstellung nur telefonisch (nichts schriftliches) und das um 21:00 Uhr Abends inklusive Drängen des Chefs den Termin gleich für den nächsten Tag auszumachen, da es sonst in nächster Zeit schwierig wird. Zum vereinbarten Termin am nächsten Tag erschien allerdings niemand. Patziger Anruf der Sekretärin 30 Minuten nach vereinbartem Termin mit einer Totalabsage für den Tag (ich hatte extra Urlaub genommen). Ich habe danach direkt den Chef kontaktiert, der sehr unfreundlich meinte dass das halt jetzt so sei und nicht sein Problem. Das Gespräch endete damit, dass er meinte, er wäre ja nicht angewiesen auf Kunden wie mich. Ich kann nur jedem raten, eine andere Firma zu engagieren, scheinbar hat diese eh zu viele Kunden und braucht keine mehr. Hands off! However, no one showed up at the agreed time the next day. Snappy call from the secretary 30 minutes after the agreed appointment with a total cancellation for the day (I had taken extra vacation). I then contacted the boss directly, who said very rudely that this was the case now and not his problem. The conversation ended with him saying that he didn't have to rely on customers like me. I can only advise everyone to hire another company, apparently they have too many customers anyway and don't need any more.
