★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich freundliches und herzliches Personal. War meine erste Maniküre und sie haben alles genau erklärt, was ich mit acrylnägeln nicht machen darf. Mir ist ein Nagel einen Tag nach der Maniküre abgebrochen (aus einem eigenen Fehler!) und sie haben mir das gratis wieder behoben. Ich kann sie wirklich wärmsten empfehlen!
Incredibly friendly and warm staff. It was my first manicure and they explained everything in detail that I'm not allowed to do with acrylic nails. I broke a nail the day after my manicure (by their own mistake!) and they fixed it for me for free. I can really recommend her warmly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude service. I walked in and asked in my best German possible (it is not my first language) whether there was time for me as I had not made an appointment. I received an abrupt response first and foremost correcting a small grammar mistake I had made, before sarcastically being told "unfortunately not". I won't be returning.
