V	Veronika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die ältere Frau hat letztemal meinen Füsse 'gepflegt'. Die Kante hat sie nicht richtig gefeilt. Dann wollte i Muster auf Farbe, sie hat mich gfragt ob ich Sticker will. Hab gesagt passt, weil da hab schon gewusst sie kann nicht malen. Aber hat zu Farbe eine unpassende dunkele Sticker genommen. I hab nix mehr gesagt weil i hätte explodiert. Sonst 1.5 Woche hab i Weh ghabt wegen zuviel Haut war wieder entfernt. I verstehe das nicht. Brauchen sie mehr Licht oder ka Ahnung, das is aber voll unprofessionel. I geh leider nie wieder. Das find i unkorrekt für gleicher Preis für schlimmere Qualität, weil die junge Frauen machen die Kunstnägel. Dann wenigstens sollten sie dafür weniger Geld verlangen nicht die gleicher Preis. Sowas hab i schon in Tschechien a ghabt. Das brauch i nicht mehr. Hab mir selber alles gekauft Fräser, Gel Lack, Led Lampe, Staub Absauger) und mach i mir das lieber selber in Zukunft. The older woman took care of my feet the last time. She didn't file the edge properly. Then I wanted a pattern on color, she asked me if I wanted stickers. I said it fits because I already knew she couldn't paint. But has taken an inappropriate dark sticker to color. I didn't say anything more because I would have exploded. Otherwise 1.5 week I was sore because of too much skin was removed again. I don't understand. Do you need more light or no idea, but that is completely unprofessional. Unfortunately I will never go again. I find that incorrect for the same price for worse quality, because the young women make the artificial nails. Then at least they should charge less money for it, not the same price. I've already done something like that in the Czech Republic. I don't need that anymore. I bought everything myself (router, gel varnish, LED lamp, dust extractor) and I prefer to do it myself in the future.
G	Gözde Basar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noch nie eine so inkompetente und unhöfliche Dame (Geschäftsführung!) getroffen. Auf Wünsche wird nicht eingegangen, die Arbeit wird unpräzise vollbracht und obendrein wird man alle paar Minuten in einem unangemessenen Ton angesprochen, grob angegriffen und möglicherweise in der eigenen Sprache (non stop!) verflucht. Pflege bedeutet für mich Entspannung- hier ist man weit davon entfernt. Ich habe es mehrmals versucht und immer wieder nach einer Rechtfertigung für dieses Fehlverhalten gesucht (Tagesverfassung, Stress, etc.), aber nun finde ich, dass dieses Verhalten absolut inakzeptabel ist. Schlechte Leistung, grobe Art & ein unglaublich respektloser Umgang! Never met such an incompetent and rude lady (management!). Wishes are not responded to, the work is done imprecisely and on top of that every few minutes you are addressed in an inappropriate tone, roughly attacked and possibly cursed in your own language (non stop!). For me, care means relaxation - here you are far from it. I've tried several times and kept looking for a justification for this wrongdoing (daily constitution, stress, etc.), but now I find that this behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Bad performance, rough manner & incredibly disrespectful handling!
