Worst customer service ever! I sent my robot for repair on 9.11, and once it is on repair, once I get the replacement unit, once they dont know where it is, just like bunch of rednecks. I feel sorry for ever customer that will have issues with robots, bought from them

The worst experience with e-shop purchase so far. On November 29, 2019, my dad bought irobot as a Christmas present. Until today (6.1.2020), the shipment has not arrived. We have contacted the e-shop several times through all possible ways - by e-mail and by phone (12 times in total). The telephone line is not working, nobody replies. However, my dad received only automated messages that the request will be solved. For this reason, at the end of December (within the legal deadline) he withdrew from the contract using the contact form as stated in the terms and conditions. Despite this, nobody contacted him about the withdrawal, the e-shop do not respond to e-mails, the telephone line does not work. Instead of solving the claim, he received 3 emails asking about customer satisfaction with the purchase. We definitelly do not recommend myRobotcenter!

Bought from myrobotcenter 6 Days ago, Item was in stock & it still states on their website said item is in Stock, ETA 2-6 days, emailed them yesterday as my order is still in progress, they said, they have a delay with their supplier, no idea when they can deliver (they are still waiting for a delivery date) ; unacceptable business practice to state an item is in stock with full knowledge it is not, take a substantial sum of money off you, only inform the customer after they have requested an update, they do not have said product in stock and no idea of availability

Bought a Gardena smart Sileno (used). The image of the product showed the mower, one watering unit and one garden sensor. The image was totally missleading since the package did not contain any watering unit or sensor The company pointed to the submenu of "items in the package" to state that only the mower should be delivered. For an online-store, the images are very important and using one for the "starter kit" when they only sell the basic model is really bad practice

I bought a Eufy Robovac 11 and two years in the vacuum malfunctioned. I contacted the company and was promised a full refund if I would return the item back to them. I spent an extra 20€ to send the unit back to Austria (239€ total spent) and in the end I only received 167,20€ and was told that the sales representative "had made a mistake" when they promised me a full refund. In the end, I'm satisfied to have received a partial refund, but I'm not happy that I was given the wrong information and led to believe that I would receive a full refund. A was left somewhat disappointed in the end and will not be purchasing another item from this company in the future.

I purchased a Roborock S6 at the end of April and pay for this on my credit card to get the 120 day money back guarantee. Before I purchased the item I rang the number shown as the UK number and spoke to someone who was clearly a UK resident. So I went ahead and placed the order. It was stated that the product would arrive at the end of May which I accepted as reasonable. I received a confirmation immediately and then heard nothing else. When I done rang the number in May say it was now no longer going through to anyone speaking English and was just on an Austrian answer phone, which I could not understand after various attempts of pressing numbers I was still no further on his speaking to anybody. I raised questions via the email support and in all fairness received responses to both questions reasonably quickly. I was told about a further delay on delivery of my product. I did at the start of June received an email explaining the product was on its way and the product arrived. The arrival of the product wasn't too far away from the original deadline stated. My reason for three stars is the customer service side of things when raising concerns. Support isn't very good. The company masquerades as a UK company. The product is great, I accept there are some delays with coronavirus and various other things. I'm not too pressured about those it's more to do the support or customer service after order and no phone support that is useful in the UK.

Ordered (and paid for) a robot vacuum cleaner over a month ago and I haven’t received it, nor had any indication of when it will be delivered. The website showed the item as “in stock” and delivered within “3-5 working days”. Even right now it is shown as “in stock” on the site. Order number: WS-400515278.

Beware. I ordered a Roborock from these guys nearly 2 months ago and have nothing to show for it. Their phones are often unavailable and they started ignoring my emails when I complained. The price is too good to be true.
