V	Victoria H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Firma ist langjähriger Kunde bei MyPlace Wien Hietzing und wir sind sehr zufrieden. Es gibt viele unterschiedliche Größen der Lagerabteile, einen Postaufbewahrungsraum, mehrere Stockwerke, die barrierefrei mit einem Lastenaufzug zugänglich sind, Leihtransportwagerl, Ameise für Palettentransport, einen Empfangsraum/Rezeption mit Verkaufsecke von diversen Kartonagen, Zurrgurte, Schlösser etc. sowie eine Kundentoilette. Gut öffentlich erreichbar aber auch mit dem Auto kein Problem, denn es gibt überwachte Parkmöglichkeiten mit Zugangsberechtigung sowie 1 Kundenparkplatz vor dem Eingangsbereich. Die Räumlichkeiten / Gänge sind stets sauber und am Gang ist immer Licht (Bewegungssensor). In den Abteilen selbst ist (leider) keine Beleuchtung vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gehen auf individuelle Wünsche nach Absprache gerne ein (z.B. telefonische Verständigung bei Warenanlieferung, bringen Ware bei Anlieferung direkt ins Abteil, etc). Was mir fehlt sind Mülltonnen, wo man Verpackungsmaterial (z.B. Folie von Paletten, Kartonagen) entsorgen kann. Wenn man derartigen Abfall hat, so muss man diesen mit dem Auto mitnehmen und gesondert entsorgen. Die Öffnungszeiten zu den Abteilen sind sehr angenehm, da diese eine lange Zeitspanne haben und auch am Wochenende zugänglich sind. My company is a longtime customer of MyPlace Wien Hietzing and we are very satisfied. There are many different sizes of storage compartments, a post office storage room, several floors that are accessible by a freight elevator, loan transport wagons, ants for pallet transport, a reception room with a sales area of various cardboard boxes, lashing straps, locks, etc. as well as a customer toilet. Good public access but also no problem with the car, because there are monitored parking facilities with access authorization and 1 customer parking in front of the entrance. The rooms / hallways are always clean and the corridor is always light (motion sensor). In the compartments themselves (unfortunately) there is no lighting. The staff are very friendly and helpful and go to individual requests after consultation like (for example, telephone communication with delivery of goods, bring goods on delivery directly to the compartment, etc). What I miss is garbage cans, where packaging material (e.g., foil from pallets, cardboard boxes) can be disposed of. If you have such waste, so you have to take this with the car and dispose of separately. The opening hours to the compartments are very pleasant, as these have a long time span and are also accessible on weekends.

Zur Einlagerung empfehlenswert, vorallem, wenn sich die ganze Familie zusammentut..unglaublich wieviel Stauraum !! Great, everything planned briefly & done today! Very friendly and accommodating. Recommended for storage, especially when the whole family is teaming up ... unbelievable how much storage space !!

Sie hat uns geduldig einige Räume gezeigt, damit wir uns leichter für eine Größe entscheiden konnten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch ein männlicher Kollege hat mir einige Tage zuvor sehr freundlich am Telefon Auskunft gegeben. Das Abholen unserer Sachen heute hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Firma Profi Umzug war sehr pünktlich und hat rasch, freundlich und genau gearbeitet. Wir können das MyPlace-Team in Wien Hietzing mit gutem Gewissen wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank! Onlinebuchung unkompliziert und schnell. 'Einzug' durch Parkplatz vor der Tür und bereitgestellte Transportwägen sehr angenehm. Very uncomplicated transaction. Staff in the mail contact very friendly. Compartment was clean and ready to move in at leased time. Online booking uncomplicated and fast. 'Move' by parking in front of the door and provided transport vehicles very pleasant.

Besonderes das Team ist freundlich, zugänglich und immer bereit zu helfen, und zwar damals ein Herr der zu erst da war wenn ich das Platz gemietet habe und besonders jetzt die Frau bei der ich ein paar mal bezahlt habe. I am very happy with My Place. Price is not that cheap but everything else is great. Everything was very clean and safe. Special the team is friendly, approachable and always ready to help, namely a gentleman who was only there when I rented the place and especially now the woman with whom I paid a few times.
