★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really don’t like they treat their clients! I did a annual contract and since the beginning I had problems? They took more money from my acount then they should( because the guy from the reception gave me wrong information, and they never gave me back my money), the people that was working there, was never in the reception and the gave me wrong informations!
I am canceling the contract and guess what? Problem again!
Four days ago they told me I would have to pay 89,96, then yesterday my gym took from my acount 19,99, then I thought ok, now I probably need to pay 69,97, but I receive a email today saying that I still have to pay 89,96. I don’t accept it, is really disrespectful with your clients!
I really don’t recommend this fitness studio for nobody! Better pay a little bit more in another fitness studio and be better treated.
