Speziell das Angebot der Kurse ist sehr abwechslungsreich (Deep Work, Functional Core, Pilates, Yoga, uvm...) und die Qualität super. Das gesamte Team ist sehr bemüht. During the Corona period, the entire range of courses is available online, each course even until the evening of the following day. Ich trainiere hier schon lange und komme immer wieder gerne Tag für Tag :) Personal top alles top :) A studio as one could wish for! Clean, modern, enough space, nice training opportunities. I've been training here for a long time and I always like to come back day after day :) Staff great everything great :)

Was mich positiv überraschte, war, dass jede der Mitarbeiter innen und Mitarbeiter nicht nur für Fragen. offen ist. Du bekommst auch Feedback, wenn Du meinst, unbeobachtet vor Dich hin wursteln zu können. Das hilft extrem bei der sauberen Durchführung der Übungen, war immer kooperativ und freundlich. Die Kombination mit Physiotherapie im Haus hat mich extrem weiter gebracht. Einerseits dort Unterstützung, aber auch Input zu meinem Portfolio an Übungen zu bekommen, hat mich von jahrelangen Rückenproblemen nicht befreit, aber entschieden weiter gebracht. Ausstattung, Hygienekonzept, Musikauswahl und das Ganze drumrum sind im Design eher maskulin, aber nicht toxisch. Insgesamt ein Wohlfühlbereich, danke für Alles!
