N	Nadine W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man weiß hier offenbar nicht wie man mit Kunden über unerwünschtes Verhalten kommuniziert: Wenn die Angestellte der Meinung ist, dass das Verhalten eines (unter eineinhalb jährigen) Kindes ihren Maßstäben nicht entspricht, sollte sie auch fähig sein dies kundengerecht zu kommunizieren. Mir hat jedoch die Verkäuferin unterbreitet, was ich mein Kind "nicht machen lassen kann", das finde ich - nett gesagt - unangebracht, denn die Konsequenzen für das Verhalten des Kindes tragen die Eltern, somit ist das immer noch meine Entscheidung! Vor allem in dieser wirtschaftlich unsicheren Zeit ist es mutig, sich Kunden gegenüber in solch unüberlegten Ton zu äußern. So geht man meiner Meinung nach nicht mit Kunden um! Obviously, you don't know how to communicate with customers about undesirable behavior: If the employee is of the opinion that the behavior of a child (under one and a half year old) does not meet their standards, they should also be able to communicate this in a customer-friendly manner. However, the saleswoman told me what I "can't let my child do", which I find - nicely put - inappropriate, because the consequences for the child's behavior are borne by the parents, so that's still my decision! Especially in these economically uncertain times, it is courageous to express oneself in such rash tones to customers. In my opinion, that's not how you treat customers!
