B	Birte Drews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Freund hat hier Ledersandalen gekauft, sie ein- oder zwei Mal im Garten getragen, in nasser Wiese und eine Seitennaht ist direkt gerissen. Bei dem Versuch, sie umzutauschen, weil das nach einer Woche und 65 Euro Kaufpreis doch ein recht kurzes Tragevergnügen war, bin ich für's Erste gescheitert. Das müsste erst mit der Chefin besprochen werden, so wie die Sandalen ausschauen würden (das Leder hatte natürlich Wasserflecken) wäre denen ja was Gröberes passiert, nach einmal tragen, könnten die nicht so ausschauen, sie würden diese Sorte Sandalen schon seit Jahren ohne Reklamationen verkaufen usw. Es ist mir fast egal, ob die Sandalen am Ende noch ausgetauscht werden, ich empfinde die Demütigung der Lüge bezichtigt zu werden, wiegt deutlich schwerer, ausserdem muss ich ein zweites Mal eine Anfahrt von 20km in Kauf nehmen. Das ist unprofessionell und traurig. Also Vorsicht, bei dieser Filiale in Deutschlandsberg muss man damit rechnen, dass Reklamationen mühsam werden. My friend bought leather sandals here, worn them once or twice in the garden, in a wet meadow and a side seam is torn directly. In the attempt to exchange them, because that after a week and 65 euro purchase price was a pretty short wearing pleasure, I failed for now. That would first have to be discussed with the boss, as the sandals would look like (the leather had water stains, of course) would be what grosser happens, after wear, they could not look so, they would sell this kind of sandals for years without any complaints etc. I almost do not care if the sandals are exchanged at the end, I feel the humiliation of the lie to be accused, weighs much heavier, I also have a second time a journey of 20km in purchasing. This is unprofessional and sad. So beware, at this branch in Deutschlandsberg you have to expect that complaints become tedious.

B	Bianca Krug on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musste vor dem Geschäft eine 1/2 Stunde (absichtlich- trotz keinem Kundenverkehrs) für Rückgabe von 3 Paar Schuhen warten (in der Kälte) herablassende Behandlung/unfreundliche Art von der jungen Verkäuferin und snobistische Art der blonden Dame!! Mein Fazit : nie wieder dort einkaufen! Had to wait 1/2 hour outside the shop (on purpose - despite no customer traffic) for return of 3 pairs of shoes (in the cold) Condescending treatment/rude manner from the young clerk and snobbish manner from the blond lady!! My conclusion: never shop there again!
