Ich habe online Schuhe bestellt und wollte diese in der Filiale Hollabrunn retournieren ( wie es im Internet und auf dem Retourschein angeführt ist). Der Filialleiter wollte die Schuhe nicht annehmen( obwohl ich bei ihm auch Schuhe kaufen wollte. ) Da er keine Arbeit mit dem Retourschicken haben möchte. Als ich ihm gezeigt habe, dass auch auf dem Aufkleber steht, dass ich meine Retoursendung in einer Humanic Filiale abgeben kann, meinte er:" ja das steht da vielleicht, aber wir machen das nicht... wenn Sie online was kaufen, müssen Sie es selbst zurückschicken". Das ist absolut kein Humanic Service wie ich ihn kenne. Ich weiß, welche Filiale ich nicht mehr besuche, falls ich überhaupt Humanic Kunde bleibe . Denn es handelt sich hier um keinen Billigladen. Und somit erwarte ich mir auch einen Kundenservice und Kundenorientiertes Agieren. Wer also einen guten Service wünscht, sollte lieber eine andere Filiale aufsuchen Very bad customer service. I ordered shoes online and wanted to return them to the Hollabrunn store (as stated on the internet and on the return slip). The branch manager did not want to accept the shoes (although I also wanted to buy shoes from him.) As he does not want to have any work with returning them. When I showed him that the sticker also says that I can hand in my return shipment at a Humanic branch, he said: "Yes, maybe it says there, but we won't do that ... if you buy something online, you have to send it back yourself ". This is absolutely not a Humanic Service as I know it. I know which branch I no longer visit, if I remain a Humanic customer at all. Because this is not a cheap shop. And so I also expect customer service and customer-oriented action. So if you want good service, you should go to another branch

Schuhe zu kaufen wird hier definitiv zum Erlebnis, insbesondere beim Herrn Franz! The branch lives from the competent advice given by the employees and is living proof that the shoe sale is never delivered to online retailers. Buying shoes is definitely an experience here, especially from Mr. Franz!
