★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTE FRECHHEIT UND ABZOCKE!!!
Wir hatten ein Zimmer für eine Nacht gebucht über Booking Basic.
Haben eine Stunde vor verschlossener Tür gewartet und nach ca. 20 Versuche telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen mussten wir die Heimreise von 2,5 Stunden antreten, das Geld jedoch haben wir nie wieder gesehen da es bei Booking Basic im ermessen des Gastgebers liegt.
Nach 2 Stunden bekammen wir die Nachricht "sorry I was in a Dinner" aber da war es bereits Mitternacht und wir am Heimweg. Dass wir unser Geld zurück möchten würde ignoriert.
Wir können jeden nur davon abraten diese "Unterkunft" zu buchen!!!!!!
War die schlechteste Erfahrung die wir mit Buchungen je gemacht haben.
Bevor sie dieses Apartments buchen, bleiben sie lieber zu Hause und ersparen sich den Ärger.
 ABSOLUTE CHILDHOOD AND RIP-OFF !!!
We had booked a room for one night through Booking Basic.
We waited an hour in front of the locked door and after about 20 attempts to reach someone by phone we had to start the journey home of 2.5 hours, but we never saw the money again because with Booking Basic it is at the discretion of the host.
After 2 hours we got the message "sorry I was in a dinner" but by then it was already midnight and we were on our way home. That we want our money back would be ignored.
We can only advise everyone against booking this "accommodation" !!!!!!
Was the worst booking experience we have ever had.
Before you book this apartment, stay at home and save yourself the hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loute bitte achtung Zimmer sind nich das was inder Internet ?????? Neben schtrasse ganze Nacht und Tag ist laut zum schlafen sind nicht für Abenteuer punkt gemacht
Please route attention rooms are not what on the internet ?????? Besides street all night and day is loud for sleeping are not made for adventure point

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os apartamentos estão no térreo com as janelas para rua mas contam com persianas. No demais, tudo bem. Bem localizado, espaçoso e limpo.
The apartments are on the ground floor with the windows facing the street but have shutters. Otherwise, that's fine. Well located, spacious and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fully serviced self catered appartments. Ideal for saving money on buying breakfast but we did not cook here.
Good size bed, settee and TV as well as a full kitchen. Free coffee and tea and the service put your dirty crockery in the dishwasher for you daily.
Reception staff are friendly and helpful. There is a sun deck on top of the building with some shade and a library room with free drinks.
10 mins walk to the old centre of Vienna and 5 mins from the canal. Very good location.
Needed help getting the blinds to work and the Aircon to get the room cold but the person on reception sorted that out quickly for us.
Will look for MyPlace appartments for other city centre holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived to a cold apartment, and the heating does not seem to work. The outside temperature is -4C. The host does not respond to messages or phone calls. This is not bad service, it's abuse.
