R	Robyn Jansen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for dinner once. Took forever to get our food and then for some of my friends the food was cold and others got the wrong dish. When we got the bill we noticed that there was over €40 euros added with food and drink that we didn't order! And instead of apologetic staff we got exasperated eyes roled at us. Complete rip-off! Never again!
Z	Zainab Nosarka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a classy hotel, unsightly low class white plastic chairs on balconies. Breakfast extremely minimal and no fresh fruit juices, no salmon & hardly any fruit. No towels in the spa & pools so guests have to use the same 2 brought down from their room for the entire day even though they're soaking wet, & move them around place to place. Superb service however from restaurant staff Ian at dinner, & the blond waitress at breakfast ? & spectacular views from everywhere within hotel including spa.

But gave me a new one which was fine. Staff was constant laughing cynical and looking at us. When a few of us were still eating they took away the plates from the people who were finished, so it felt like we needed to hurry, but the restaurant was empty. After we finished we didn't even get the question if we wanted a dessert. Didn't feel welcome at this place, so I won't recommend it.
R	Remi van Riet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stylish and modern hotel with an authentic twist. Was here just for dinner. Food is good, although a bit pricey. Service could be better the night I was there. However, definitely worth a visit if you're in Königsleiten!

T	Tessa Reef on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location, next to the Dorfsbahn! Great spa and pool facilities, and loved the food and friendly staff in the restaurant. Good rooms, bit noisy with the Susie Alm music from downstairs.

But they don't know hospitality in this hotel, the rooms are not clean and smell like food. Do not book early Check in because you don’t get it. The communication is terrible, they don’t speak German or English so we could not explain that my Son is allergic to nuts. On the site they say that they have a babysitter for the little ones for a fee, but they don't have that. this was the main reason for booking this hotel and we also checked with the hotel in advance. it's really outrageous to only have to find out at the hotel that they don't have that at all. I Will never come back here.

Company representatives could not inform us on delivery time during phone calls. Only simple excuses that ‘they took too many orders’ and that ‘kitchen was too busy at the moment’. If you want to order (hot) food on time, do not order here.
