The English audioguide is extremely well-made and helpful especially that descriptions are in German only. I recommend this museum to anyone who wants to learn more on the subject.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic and informative museum. Not sensationalist or biased in anyway, just presents history and medical facts.
It takes about an hour with the English audioguide. If you read German, allow a bit longer to read the exhibits as well. Just a shame more of the text isn't in English as well but mostly explained with the audioguide.

Would love to see more museums like this around Europe so well done to all who organise and run this great and cosy museum!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The museum is all about the subject in its name. The museum can be difficult to find as there’s only a small plaque by the door. The museum consists of two rooms of exhibits. All the exhibit descriptions as in German, but the staff will happily give out audio guides that has English. I thought the audio guide and exhibits were excellent, explaining how difficult life was in the days before people could easily control their reproductive health, and how much life has improved for people since.
The museum is off the beaten track, but I was staying close by, so it was lucky. The subject matter will be difficult, but the museum covers and explains it with great dignity.
