Der alte Sennsenhammer und die sehenswerte Nagelschmiede sind besonders empfehlenswert. Dieses Museum im Innerberger Stadl ist jeden Besuch wert. Die Dame am Empfang ist einfach super, sehr freundlich und hat einfach eine erfrischende Art. Tipp: Nach dem Besuch bitte einen Eintrag in das neben dem Aus-/Eingang befindliche Gästebuch tätigen! Here every visitor can immerse themselves in the history of the city of Steyr. There are extraordinary and historical exhibits here. The old Sennsenhammer and the worth seeing Nagelschmiede are particularly recommendable. This museum in the Innerberger Stadl is worth every visit. The lady at the front desk is just great, very friendly and has a refreshing way. Tip: After the visit please make an entry in the next to the entrance / guestbook!
D	D. T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach der Renovierung und Umgestaltung des Stadtmuseums ist aus dem einstigen Heimathaus ein modernes, informatives und Jung und Alt ansprechendes Museum geworden. Speziell für Kinder gibt es verschiedene Stationen mit Spielen. Dass historische Figuren in kurzen Videos zum Leben erweckt werden und aus ihrem Leben erzählen, ist ein Highlight, das allen in Erinnerung bleiben wird. :-) Das coolste ist aber die Schmiede! Der Rundgang führt in ein Nebengebäude, das einer Schmiede aus der Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts nachempfunden ist. Dort sieht man mit Wasserrädern betriebene Schwanzhämmer, riesige Blasebälge, Sensenerzeugnisse, Nägel, Ambosse, Essen uvm. was zum Schmieden gehört. Wirklich tolles und einzigartiges Ambiente! After the renovation and redesign of the city museum, the former home building has become a modern, informative museum that appeals to young and old. There are various stations with games especially for children. The fact that historical figures are brought to life in short videos and tell from their lives is a highlight that everyone will remember. :-) But the coolest thing is the smithy! The tour leads to an outbuilding that is modeled on a forge from the mid-19th century. There you can see tail hammers operated by water wheels, huge bellows, scythe products, nails, anvils, food and much more. what goes with forging. Really great and unique ambience!
