Mein Sohn musste dringendst auf die Toilette und durfte NICHT gehen. Wir wurden auf das öffentliche WC der Gemeinde verwiesen. Gerade in einem Geschäft für Kinder eine Frechheit. I was in this shop with my children (3 years and 10 months) plus a baby seat and already selected items. My son had to go to the bathroom urgently and was NOT allowed to go. We were referred to the community's public toilet. A cheek, especially in a children's shop.

Bei Fragen, die spezieller Natur sind, wird gleich die Chefin geholt. Sie berät sehr interessiert, kennt sehr viele Bücher und versucht Information einzuholen, wenn die Antwort nicht gleich parat ist. Nicht nur die Chefin auch Ihre Mitarbeiterinnen sind freundlich, schnell zur Seite und nicht aufdringlich. Bei Bestellungen wird immer angerufen, wenn die Ware im Geschäft angekommen ist. Ein sehr empfehlenswerter "Nahversorger", der hoffentlich noch lange bestehen bleibt.
