Die bestehende Auswahl ist aber toll und aktuell. Wenn man gerne liest ist man hier bestens aufgehoben.Top ? volle Punkte Very well sorted, very nice and competent employees, nicely and clearly arranged. What is not in stock is ordered. I miss the bookstore very much, very little choice for children, not at all well sorted as it used to be. Has been my business all year! What a shame!

Von mehreren anwesenden Mitarbeiterinnen hält es offenbar niemand für angebracht, Kunden beim Betreten/ Verlassen des Geschäfts zu grüßen. Dabei sollte es egal sein, ob etwas gekauft wird oder nicht. Uns wurde auch keinerlei Beratung angeboten, bzw. nachgefragt, ob wir nach etwas Bestimmtem suchen. Um ehrlich zu sein wurden wir wie Luft behandelt - und das an einem Tag, an dem wirklich nicht viel los war. Was das Bestellen von Büchern angeht, ist mir nun schon von drei Seiten zu Ohren gekommen, dass man bei Eintreffen der Bestellung im Geschäft - anders als vereinbart - offenbar NICHT verlässlich verständigt wird. Schade, gerade nach einer Neuübernahme hätte ich mir mehr erwartet. Unfortunately, this has been a disappointment for me since the new takeover. Of the several employees present, apparently no one thinks it appropriate to greet customers when entering / leaving the shop. It shouldn't matter whether something is bought or not. We were not offered any advice or asked whether we were looking for something in particular. To be honest, we were treated like air - on a day when it wasn't really busy. As far as ordering books is concerned, I have already heard from three quarters that when the order arrives at the store - contrary to what has been agreed - you will obviously NOT be informed reliably. It's a shame, especially after a new takeover, I would have expected more.

Very friendly. Good selection, what is not in stock is ordered and is ready for collection after two days at the latest.

Auch in weiterer Folge wird man wie Luft behandelt ,die kühle Atmosphäre tut sein Übriges. Kein Vergleich zu früher. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the previous reviewer. You enter the shop without being greeted. Also later on you are treated like air, the cool atmosphere does the rest. No comparison to before.

Diese waren auch innerhalb von 3 Tagen hier. Nach einem Anruf wie ich diese als UG abholen kann, waren die Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht sich an die Maßnahmen zu halten, aber auch dem Kunden entgegen zu kommen. TOP Lösung! Ich bin sehr dankbar darüber ? und werde in Zukunft auf kleinere Geschäfte setzen wo der Kunde und auch der Mitarbeiter keine Nummer sind. Vielen lieben Dank an das Team der Bücherstube ❤️ Very friendly, competent and courteous staff. I urgently needed new textbooks and ordered them by mail. They were here within 3 days. After a call how I can pick them up as a UG, the employees tried very hard to stick to the measures, but also to accommodate the customer. TOP solution! I am very grateful for that ? and will focus on smaller shops in the future where the customer and the employee are not a number. Many thanks to the team of the book shop ❤️
