Aber jeder war unfreundlich...man merkt sofort Personal mit gesicherten Arbeitsplatz. In der Privatwitschaft kann sich dieses Verhalten keiner leisten, dass muss mal gesagt werden. Auch uns ist heiß ?im Job...?? ??Unfriendly from the porter to the 1st. Passport extension further in the 3h. To the cash desk ... had the appointment at 4:40 pm - that was the only positive ... called on time. But everyone was rude ... you immediately notice staff with secure jobs. In private life, nobody can afford this behavior, that has to be said. We're hot too ? at work ...

Nicht nur, dass man nie jemanden erreicht, nein, gar heben sie ab, legen einen 10 Minuten auf die Leitung (Kommentar: Moment). Keiner sagt, warum man jetzt still gelegt wird, denn das Anliegen ist kein kompliziertes. 10 Minuten später ist Dienstende und das wars. In 3.5 Jahren bin ich kein einziges Mal telefonisch durchgekommen bzw. wurde kompetent beauskunftet. I would love to give minus points! Not only that you never reach someone, no, they even pick up the phone, put you on the line for 10 minutes (comment: wait a minute). Nobody says why they are being shut down now, because the matter is not a complicated one. 10 minutes later the duty is over and that's it. In 3.5 years I haven't gotten through the phone once or have been given competent information.

M	Markus Prügger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Eindruck, entweder möchte hier niemand etwas arbeiten, warum auch, man bekommt das Geld ja auch so , einfach am monatsersten brav die Hand aufhalten und den Rest des Monats ins Magistrat gehen um zu schlafen oder man ist mit den gestellten Aufgaben heillos überfordert und hat seinen Job nicht unbedingt wegen seiner Qualifikationen bekommen .... Nur so ein Gedanke. Hätte übrigens nur eine Auskunft gebraucht , selbst das erscheint zu viel verlangt. DANKE FÜR NICHTS !!!!!!!!! My impression, either no one wants to work here, why should they, you get the money that way, just hold out your hand on the first of the month and go to the magistrate for the rest of the month to sleep, or you are hopelessly overwhelmed with the tasks you have been given and have didn't necessarily get his job because of his qualifications....just a thought.
