I	Ingrid Schwarz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin total begeistert, hab heute vormittags in etwa zwei Stunden versucht meinen Ansprechpartner telefonisch zu erreichen, da ich Information betreffend einer Auszahlung hatte. Ich wurde immer wieder zu irgendjemand anderem weitergeleitet, doch leider auch erfolglos. Scheinbar war sehr viel los. ABER dann wurde ich mit Hr. Mitteregger verbunden (ich hoffe ich habe mir den Namen richtig gemerkt u. diesen auch richtig geschrieben) und er nahm meinen Anruf auch entgegen. Er war seeeeeeeeeeehr freundlich, gar nicht ungehalten und gab mir kompetent Auskunft und es dauerte auch nicht lange und mein Anliegen war für mich bestens gelöst. Schön, dass es solche Menschen beim Magistrat gibt. I am totally thrilled, I tried to reach my contact person by phone in the morning in about two hours because I had information about a payment. I was always redirected to someone else, but unfortunately unsuccessfully. Apparently there was a lot going on. BUT then I was with Mr. Mitteregger connected (I hope I remembered the name correctly and spelled it correctly) and he also took my call. He was very friendly, not at all offended and gave me competent information and it didn't take long for me to resolve my concerns. Nice that there are people like that at the magistrate.
