B	Bernadette R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konzept Top. Ausführung FLOP!! Das ganze Lokal und ALLE Tische beängstigend dreckig. Essen war kalt und nicht gut. Drei Damen im Dienst, die lieber hinten draußen stehen und Rauchen anstatt sich um Gäste und Lokal zu kümmern. Die Freundlichkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Man fühlt sich als würde man die Damen stören. Einmal und nie wieder. Nachtrag: Danke für Ihre Antwort. Als wir kamen waren wir die einzigen Gäste. Als Gast darf ich mir erwarten, dass nicht die gesamte Crew, nach einem wie sie behaupten "Ansturm" Pause macht. Da erlaube ich mir anzumerken es hapert am Dienstplan. Für nachkommende Gäste wie uns die um 13:30 den gleichen Preis bezahlen wie die Gäste um halb zwölf muss genauso auch die Sauberkeit und die Qualität gewährleistet sein. Das war es nicht. Momentaufnahme hin oder her. Wir waren 30 min da und es wurde, ausser uns unfreundlich mit kalten Speisen zu bedienen nichts gemacht! Concept top. Execution FLOP !! The whole restaurant and ALL tables were scary dirty. Food was cold and not good. Three ladies on duty who prefer to stand outside and smoke instead of taking care of the guests and the restaurant. The friendliness also left a lot to be desired. You feel like you're bothering the ladies. Once and never again. Addendum: Thank you for your answer. When we came we were the only guests. As a guest I can expect that not the entire crew will take a break after what they claim to be a "rush". I allow myself to note that there is a problem with the roster. For following guests like us who pay the same price at 1:30 p.m. as the guests at 11:30 p.m., cleanliness and quality must also be guaranteed. It wasn't. Snapshot or not. We were there for 30 minutes and nothing was done except to serve us unfriendly with cold dishes!

We were already closing, the place is average. But two girls made two kebabs (shawarma) fresh. It was delicious, although I thought it would be worse.

On the 1st november we were on the way back to the UK from our little trip to europe and after a little bit of hesitation between McDonalds and Mundus we picked the right one I think. The tall young lady who took our order and served us was very friendly and polite with us. Although the service was 5 star the food is still a 4 star ( It is fast food and that is the only reason) Will definitely return in the future.
