★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider etwas enttäuschend, da man hier immer auf entsprechende (oftmals leider) unzuverlässige Handwerker verwiesen wird. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, aber etwas langsam und insgesamt bei der Problemlösung nicht sehr hilfreich.
 Unfortunately a bit disappointing, as one is always referred to appropriate (often unfortunately) unreliable craftsmen. Friendly and helpful staff but a little slow and overall not very helpful in solving problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte einen Defekt bei meinem Rolltor, Anruf bei Fa.Kosmos. Eine Dame konnte mein Problem zur vollsten Zufriedenheit lösen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
Had a defect in my roller door, call Kosmos. One lady was able to solve my problem to the fullest satisfaction. I can only recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wehe dem, der eine Reparatur braucht. Unsere Lamellenjalousien sind jetzt 15 Jahre alt, einige Bänder, Clipse, usw. defekt. Es ist mühsam überhaupt an einen Kostenvoranschlag zu kommen, und dann zahlt man eine Lawine für mäßig talentierte und mäßig sorgfältige Handwerker. Leider ist man diesem Vorgang jedoch alternativlos ausgeliefert, da andere Firmen keine "Fremdfabrikate" reparieren. After Sales Service ? customer care ? hier leider nicht.
Woe to anyone who needs repairs. Our venetian blinds are now 15 years old, some tapes, clips, etc. are defective. It is hard to get a quote at all, and then you pay an avalanche for moderately talented and moderately meticulous craftsmen. Unfortunately, there is no alternative to this process, as other companies do not repair "third-party products". After sales service? customer care? unfortunately not here.

Trotzdem würde ich dich bitten, falls Kommentare verfasst werden bei der Wahrheit zu bleiben. Ich möchte daher schon festhalten, dass es sich bei der Kosmos Sonnenschutz GmbH um ein Unternehmen handelt, dass 2020 gegründet wurde - wenn also deine Jalousie 15 Jahre alt ist kann diese keinesfalls von uns geliefert worden sein, sondern berstenfalls von einem Vorgängerunternehmen - auch Teile zu einem 15 Jahre alten Produkt zu erhalten ist nicht leicht - wir haben aber alles zur Zufriedenheit erledigt und ja wenn es Probleme mit unseren Servicetechnikern gegeben hat dürfen wir uns dafür entschuldigen.
