Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und man wird persönlich und unkompliziert betreut. My Macbook battery has died. I went there without an appointment, a few hours later a new battery was installed. The owner is very friendly and you are looked after personally and in an uncomplicated manner.

Es werden falsche Angaben gemacht zu dem was kaputt ist, aus Prinzip allen alles ausgetauscht um Geld zu machen und Vereinbarungen nicht eingehalten! Auch Preislich überbezahlt und woanders besser und billiger! Ich kann nur jdem abraten sein Gerät dort richten zu lassen. Ich habe mein Telefon nicht funktionabel zurück bekommen und es wurde mir auch nachdem ich dort war nichtt gerichtes sondern sie wollten noch mehr Geld von mir! Ich empfehle jedem sich ein seriöses Geschäft zu suchen! Dieses ist alles andere als Vertauenswürdig. I can't recommend anyone to go there. What happened there is fraudulent! Wrong information is given about what is broken, everything is exchanged on principle to make money and agreements are not kept! Also overpaid in terms of price and better and cheaper elsewhere! I can only advise against anyone having their device fixed there. I didn't get my phone back working and they didn't charge me even after I was there, they wanted more money from me! I recommend everyone to look for a reputable shop! This is anything but trustworthy.
