The strength determination (refraction) by the men on the first floor was also perfect. The entire team makes a very competent and customer-oriented impression. Danke für die großzügige Probezeit der extra angefertigten Hörgeräte für meine Mutter. Ich bin gespannt auf die Feineinstellung bei weiteren Terminen. Vom wenig hören zu plötzlich viel verschiedenes wahrnehmen, ist es doch eine große Umstellung. The advice in the hearing acoustics department was courteous, detailed and competent. Thank you for the generous trial period of the custom-made hearing aids for my mother. I am looking forward to fine-tuning the future appointments. From hearing little to suddenly perceiving a lot of different things, it's a big change.
