Eine DVD zu Hause bringt genau das Gleiche... echt schade ich war eine begeisterte Mrs Sporty geherin Since the switch to only monitors with intermediate stations, it has lost all charm. A DVD at home brings exactly the same ... really a shame I was an enthusiastic Mrs. Sporty

Es wurden für mich spezielle Übungen zusammengestellt, die ein unterstützendes Training für meinen verletzten Fuß sind. Tolles Team, das sehr bemüht und fröhlich ist. Danke! Durch die langen Öffnungszeiten (6 bis 22 Uhr) ist man flexibel mit den Trainingszeiten - Ausreden (keine Zeit) sind fast nicht möglich. I feel at home with Mrs. Sporty. Special exercises have been put together for me, which are a supportive training for my injured foot. Great team, which is very helpful and happy. Thank you! The long opening hours (6 to 22 clock) is flexible with the training times - excuses (no time) are almost impossible.

Ich hab einen Bandscheibenvofall, seid ich trainiere habe ich keine Schmerzen mehr. Es gibt für jeden das richtige Programm, egal ob man sanft trainieren will oder ob man sich auspowern will! Sehr gepflegtes Studio mit sehr netten und sehr gut ausgebildeten Trainerinnen! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen! After switching to PIX, training is even more fun! A very great all-body program that is individually tailored to each person. I have an obstruction of the intervertebral disc, since I have been training I have no more pain. There is the right program for everyone, regardless of whether you want to train gently or if you want to work out! Very neat studio with very nice and very well trained trainers! I can only recommend!

Es wurde nicht nur ein persönliches Fitness -Programm für mich erstellt (sehr professionell mit Körperanalyse), sondern auch auf meine Persönliche Zeiteinteilung (ich bin viele Wochen im Jahr auf Reisen) Rücksicht genommen und eine persönliche für mich vorteilhafte Mitgliedschaft erstellt. Great! A really nice team! Not only was a personal fitness program created for me (very professional with body analysis), but also my personal time schedule (I travel many weeks a year) and a personal membership for me.

Kurz gesagt angenehme 2 Stunden im Club Gänserndorf. Man fühlt sich immer gut betreut und bestens beraten . Danke an die Trainerinnen Yesterday my daughter and I had a check-up with Daniela, which was very professional! Afterwards there was a unit of abdominal buttocks! In short, a pleasant 2 hours at Club Gänserndorf. You always feel well looked after and well advised. Thanks to the trainers
