★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die beste Bäckerei! Seit über 20 Jahren komme ich dorthin und bekomme dort hervorragende Mehlspeisen und wunderbares Gebäck und Brot. Die derzeitige Bäckergeselin (wird bald die Meister Prüfung machen) liebt ihr Arbeit und das sieht und schmeckt man, vor allem bei ihren kleinen Kunstwerken. Der Apfelstrude,l die Mohnschnitten das Plundergebäck einfach ein Traum und für mich eine Pflicht bei jedem Salzburg Besuch einen Abstecher zu dieser kleinen aber wunderbaren Bäckerei zu machen
The best bakery! For over 20 years, I come there and get there excellent pastries and wonderful pastries and bread. The current bakery-technician (who will soon take the master's exam) loves her work and that looks and tastes, especially with her little works of art. The Apfelstrude, the poppyseed pastries just a dream and for me a duty on every visit to Salzburg to make a detour to this small but wonderful bakery
