Great apartments and rooms. Everything was very clean. The family Monz is very hospitable. We always like to come here for years.

Zu diesem Preis absolut top für eine Unterkunft mitten in Serfaus. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Very clean room. Had everything you need. Breakfast also with a little selection, absolutely OK. for a Garni. Hostess very nice and personable. At this price absolutely top for an accommodation in the middle of Serfaus. We would love to come back.
D	Die Gina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gestaltet, etwas mehr Auswahl, zB Obst noch wäre noch super gewesen. Ansonsten gute Lage des Hotels, Berglifte ganz in der Nähe. Die Parkplätze sind sehr eng aber nah am Haus. Der Hund war kein Problem. Nice, helpful hostess. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The breakfast was very simple, a bit more choice, for example, fruit would have been great. Otherwise good location of the hotel, mountain lifts very close. The parking is very close but close to the house. The dog was not a problem.

Die Betreiber:innen sind auch außerordentlich nett. I've been coming here since I was little and we get a very nice welcome every year. The rooms are lovely and the breakfasts are delicious. The operators are also extremely nice.
A	Andre Bellmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Unterkunft war an sich gut. Schön gross und alles war vorhanden. Leider wurde die Heizung nicht angeschaltet und wir haben es vor allem früh sehr kalt gehabt. Nachdem wir reklamierten, war es einmal warm. Den zweiten Stern musste ich für die fehlende Saune abziehen. Es steht gross auf der Homepage, neue Sauna etc. aber nichts davon, das diese nicht benutzt wird. War für mich eigentlich der Grund für das Haus gewesen. Mit der kalten Wohnung leider etwas enttäuschend. The accommodation itself was good. Nice and big and everything was there. Unfortunately, the heating was not turned on and we had it very cold, especially early in the morning. After we complained, it was warm once. I had to subtract the second star for the missing sauna. It says big on the homepage, new sauna etc. but nothing about not using it. For me it was actually the reason for the house. Unfortunately a bit disappointing with the cold apartment.
T	Thilo Herklotz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time. The apartment was suitable for 8 person, clean, cozy an full equipped. Breakfast was okay... What we didn't like was the ski resort. But that depends on your own personal experience and way how to ski.
