★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne, saubere, moderne Ferienwohnung in gemütlicher Lage. Aber! Die Wohnung war für 6 Erwachsene plus 2 Kinder ausgeschrieben. Wir waren 6 Kerle, obere Etage ein offener Raum für 4 Personen, nicht ein Kleiderschrank in diesen Bereich, lediglich ein Holzgestell mit Kleiderhaken. Desweiteren waren die Handtuchtrockner in den Bädern immer kalt, auf Nachfrage beim Eigentümer hieß es, es wäre alles ok mit der Heizung, dann entfloh er blitzschnell mit dem Satz „da müsst ihr euch eine andere Unterkunft suchen“ . Am nächsten Tag lag auf den Tisch eine Rechnung für die 6. Person, welche wir erst bei Ankunft angemeldet hatten. Die vermittlungsagentur bestätigte uns nach Rückfrage, dass wir einen Objektpreis bezahlt haben und somit keine Mehrkosten anfallen. Der Eigentümer erreichte uns tagsüber telefonisch in einem unangebrachten ton, „typisch deutsche“ oder „ihr seid wohl das erste mal ohne Eltern im Urlaub“ waren seine Worte. Letztendlich bei Abreise haben wir ihm mitgeteilt, dass er das veranschlagte Geld nicht erhält. Er wünschte uns eine gute Heimreise, wir sollen doch eine gute Bewertung im Netz hinterlassen und dazu schreiben, es sei nichts für junge Leute. Ich bin bis heute empört, das habe ich in meinen vielen Jahren mit mehrmaligen Aufenthalten in Österreich noch nie erlebt.
Nice, clean, modern apartment in a cozy location. But! The apartment was advertised for 6 adults plus 2 children. We were 6 guys, upper floor an open space for 4 people, no wardrobe in this area, just a wooden rack with coat hooks. Furthermore, the towel dryers in the bathrooms were always cold, when I asked the owner it was said that everything was ok with the heating, then he fled in a flash with the sentence "you have to look for other accommodation". The next day there was a bill for the 6th person on the table, which we only announced upon arrival. After we asked, the agency confirmed to us that we had paid a property price and that there were therefore no additional costs. The owner reached us by phone during the day in an inappropriate tone, "typically German" or "you are probably on holiday without your parents for the first time" were his words. Ultimately, when we left, we informed him that he did not receive the estimated money. He wished us a safe journey home, we should leave a good review on the net and write that it's not for young people. I'm still outraged today, I've never experienced that in my many years of multiple stays in Austria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem leider sehr unfreundlichem Vermieter. Trotz Festpreis wurden für eine später angereiste Person 105€ mehr veranschlagt. Auf Weigerung die Rechnung zu zahlen, folgten lächerliche Beleidigungen wie: "typisch Deutsche" und "wohl der erste Urlaub ohne Eltern". Von der österreichischen Gastfreundschaft war nicht viel zu spüren.
Very nice apartment with a unfortunately very unfriendly landlord. Despite the fixed price, 105€ more were estimated for a person who arrived later. When they refused to pay the bill, ridiculous insults followed, such as: "typically German" and "probably the first vacation without parents". There was not much to feel of the Austrian hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ładny apartament, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Wystawiam jednak ocenę 1, ponieważ : zarezerwowaliśmy jeden apartament z dwoma pokojami, a na miejscu okazało się, że oferta na Booking.com i Villa for You wprowadza w błąd i w praktyce są to 2 osobne apartamenty, z osobnymi wejściami. Przy pobycie z małymi dziećmi drugi apartament był całkowicie nieużywany, dzieci spały na materacach na podłodze. Przy 4 osobach na powierzchni ok. 35m2 (połowa oferowanej powierzchni) nie było żadnej szafy, tydzień rzeczy leżały w torbie (obok materacy dzieci, co zwiększało poczucie ciasnoty). Właściciel całą winę zrzucił na firmę villa for you, firma natomiast umywa ręce i nie akceptuje reklamacji (zażądałem zwrotu 1/4 ceny przy wykorzystaniu 1/2 opłaconej powierzchni). Sam właściciel niesympatyczny, od początku wrogo nastawiony. Na koniec zostawił fakturę z usługą sprzątania 60 EUR, pomimo, że w ofercie była informacja, że sprzątanie jest już wliczone. Sprawa została wyjaśniona i finalnie przyznał mi rację, ale niesmak i wrażenie próby oszukania pozostały. Przeprosin brak. Generalnie więc nie polecam. Szkoda nerwów i szkoda miejsca, które miałoby potencjał.
Nice apartment, very good location. However, I give a rating of 1 because: we booked one apartment with two rooms, and on site it turned out that the offer on Booking.com and Villa for You was misleading and in practice they are 2 separate apartments, with separate entrances. When staying with small children, the second apartment was completely unused, the children slept on mattresses on the floor. With 4 people, on an area of approx. 35 m2 (half of the offered area) there was no wardrobe, for a week things were in the bag (next to the children's mattresses, which increased the feeling of tightness). The owner blamed the villa for you company, but the company washes his hands and does not accept complaints (I requested a refund of 1/4 of the price using 1/2 of the paid space). The owner himself was unpleasant, hostile from the beginning. At the end he left an invoice with a cleaning service of EUR 60, even though the offer said that cleaning was already included. The matter was clarified and he finally admitted that I was right, but the disgust and the impression of trying to cheat remained. No apology. So in general, I do not recommend it. It's a waste of nerves and it's a waste of a place that would have potential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundlicher Vermieter auf Nachfrage, ob der Badheizkörper angestellt werden kann, war seine Aussage, das wäre zu viel Aufwand. Nach erneuter Nachfrage, ob es doch angestellt werden kann, um die Skisachen trocknen zu können, kam die Aussage, dass es eine Kleinigkeit wäre und man sich auch eine andere Unterkunft suchen könnte.
Es reiste eine 6. Person einen Tag später an, die nicht angemeldet war (Apartment besitzt 6 Betten), für die pauschal 105€ zusätzlich berechnet wurde. Eine Frechheit bei bereits veranschlagten 963€ im Vorfeld.
Very unfriendly landlord when asked if the bathroom heater could be turned on, he said it would be too much effort. After asking again whether it could be done in order to be able to dry the ski gear, the statement came that it would be a small thing and that you could look for another place to stay.
A 6th person arrived a day later, who was not registered (apartment has 6 beds), for which an additional flat rate of €105 was charged. A cheek with already estimated 963 € in advance.
