Eine maßlose Frechheit dieser Verkäufer wir wollten nur ein Moped kaufen und haben noch gefragt ob er noch Prozente eventuell hergeben würde und wurden gleich angeschnauzt, warum er das machen Soll, er müsse schließlich dieses Gebäude auch abzahlen und heizen und seine alten Maschinen noch verkaufen und das Zustellen das interessiert ihm sowieso nicht weil der Arme schon 10 Stunden im Geschäft stünde. Aber Hallo wo bin ich denn der schüttet sich bei uns sein Herz aus wen interessiert das. Schliesslich und endlich bekommt er das Geld für seine Dienstleistungen. Extrem unfreundlich Lange Wartezeiten Nicht vertrauenswürdig Hält die ausgemachten Termine nicht ein Also ich versteh nicht daß so einer in der heutigen Zeit überleben kann In fact, this business doesn't even deserve a star. Der preis, der am Telefon ausgemacht wurde war komplett vergessen, es wurde im inserat auch nicht erwähnt dass es sich um ein import Fahrzeug handelt. Der Verkäufer am Telefon war noch recht freundlich ganz im Gegenteil zum Verkäufer vor Ort. Wie es sich herausstellte war der Mann am Telefon der Senior Chef und der Verkäufer vor Ort der Junior.Als ich dann ansprach dass ich mit dem Senior einen anderen Preis ausgemacht hatte wurde ich vom Junior gleich unsympathisch angeredet!Bevor ich noch mal in diesen unsympathischen Laden fahre fahre ich lieber noch ein paar 100 km weiter Certainly not anymore !!! The price that was agreed on the phone was completely forgotten, it was not mentioned in the advertisement that it was an imported vehicle. The seller on the phone was quite friendly, quite the opposite of the seller on site. As it turned out, the man on the phone was the senior boss and the seller on site was the junior, and when I mentioned that I had agreed a different price with the senior, the junior addressed me unappealing! Before I went back to this unappealing shop I prefer to drive a few more 100 km

Ich ging in den Laden und sehe wie 2 (offensichtlich Verkäufer oder Mechaniker) miteinander reden. Keiner von beiden ging vorerst auf mich ein... Hab dann mal abgewartet und beschrieben was ich suche. Darauf hin wurde ich angeschnauzt das ich ihm jetzt sagen solle was ich suche und njcht die ganze zeit herum laber. Letztendlich stellte sich nach 10 minuten heraus das sie das nicht haben... Also in sachen Höflichkeit können die noch einiges lernen... Ein paar Monate davor war ich auch dort war war schonmal keiner im Geschäft... Als ich dann wieder raus gin und mein Motorrad starte kommt jemand raus und sagt ganz from"hättst du wos braucht? "... Wollte dann nicht weiter darauf eingehen und hab nein gesagt... Had already collected several experiences, however, today has topped everything. T	TMC XTX on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut letztklassig. Inkompetenz hoch drei. Garantieansprüche werden nicht anerkannt. Fahrzeug wurde mit neuen Pickerl verkauft obwohl ein offener Rennlufilter verbaut war,der Auspuff extrem laut war und das Rücklicht mir Dichtmasse an den Kotflügel geklebt war. Betriebsanleitung und Serviceheft gab's überhaupt nicht. Die Betriebsanleitung wurde mir dann nach 2 Jahren nachgeschickt. Da ich durch das neue Pickerl darauf vertraut habe das mein Motorrad in Ordnung ist sind mir bei der nächsten Überprüfung extrem hohe Kosten enstanden da ich den Auspuff neu kaufen musste und die anderen Mängel beheben musste. Ich rate ringend jeden ab dort etwas zu kaufen! Absolutely last class. Incompetence to the power of three. Warranty claims are not recognized. Vehicle was sold with new stickers, even though an open racing air filter was installed, the exhaust was extremely loud and the taillight was glued to the fender with sealant. There was no instruction manual or service booklet at all. The operating instructions were then sent to me after 2 years. Since I trusted the new sticker that my motorcycle was in order, the next inspection caused me extremely high costs because I had to buy the exhaust again and had to fix the other defects. I strongly advise everyone to buy something from there!
A	Alexander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe ein gebrauchtes Fahrzeug gekauft. Zuvor habe ich mehrmals mit dem Händler telefoniert, da ich eine weite Anreise hatte. Zu jeder Zeit hat der Verkäufer auf mich freundlich und seriös gewirkt. Vor Ort, beim Kauf und Abholen, das selbe Bild. Verkäufer macht auch vor Ort einen seriösen und netten Eindruck. Hat mir dann noch ohne zu zögern geholfen, besser gesagt, hat alleine mein neues Motorrad in mein Fahrzeug verladen und befestigt, damit ich es sicher transportieren kann. Fahrzeug übrigens genau so wie beschrieben auf der Website und alles top. Vielleicht noch als Anmerkung: Der Preis war nicht verhandelbar. Nicht weiter tragisch, da sehr fair. Bought a used vehicle. J	Johanna Sattmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn es die Möglichkeit gäbe Null Sterne zu geben würde ich das tun. Zu allererst wartete ich 10 Wochen auf mein Moped. Danach entstanden einige Folgeschäden durch die Reparatur, durch die mein Moped erneute erhebliche Schäden nahm, was dazu führte das ich es wegen der schlechten und ungenauen Arbeit dieser Werkstatt nun erneut reparieren lassen musste. If there was a chance to give zero stars I would do that. First of all, I waited 10 weeks for my moped. After that, some consequential damage was caused by the repair, which caused my moped to suffer significant damage again, which meant that I had to have it repaired again because of the poor and inaccurate work of this workshop.
J	Jonny Boy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verkaufen unfallfahrzeuge als unfallfrei und dann noch um mehr als das doppelte was es eigentlich wert wäre. Geben an dass das Motorrad gedrosselt wäre was in meinem Fall keineswegs so war. Würde nicht empfehlen hier etwas zu kaufen inkompetente Betreuung, unfreundlich ab dem Zeitpunkt an dem man den Kaufvertrag unterschrieben hat und sehr mangelhafte bzw unwahre Beschreibung der Fahrzeuge. Hatte nur Probleme mit dem Händler Sell accident vehicles as accident-free and then more than twice what it really worth. Indicate that the motorcycle was throttled which in my case was not so. Would not recommend here to buy something incompetent care, rude from the date on which you signed the purchase contract and very poor or untrue description of the vehicles. Had only problems with the dealer
M	Max73 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe diesen Motorradhändler, mindestens 3 Mal auf willhaben und auf seiner persönlichen Website, wegen einer Kawasaki ZX-7R Ninja kontaktiert, die ich kaufen wollte, da die PS anders angegeben sind, und ich wollte eine Klärung, aber nie eine Antwort, dazu Für mich ist er kein guter Motorradverkäufer I have contacted this motorcycle dealer, at least 3 times on willhaben and on his personal website, about a Kawasaki ZX-7R Ninja I wanted to buy as the horsepower is stated differently and I wanted clarification but never an answer, on that for me he is not a good motorcycle salesman
