Um 15:50 konnte ich es mir holen und weiter verschenken. Wirklich super und großartiges Service. Top! Really great deal and a totally nice and friendly owner. Nun geht es sich im letzten Moment doch nicht aus und ich habe als Resultat kein Geschenk, obwohl ich mich bei wahrheitsgemäßen Angaben des Shops rechtzeitig um Alternativen bemühen hätte können. Ich habe darauf vertraut, dass mein Auftrag termingerecht und verlässlich abgewickelt wird und stehe nun mit leeren Händen da. Extrem ärgerlich und enttäuschend!!! Nie wieder. Meiner Meinung nach keine Geschäftspolitik und kein Umgang mit Kunden - nicht mal für einen einfachen Printshop. ?????? UNRELIABLE!!! Was there in person to discuss the timing of my assignment and was then accepted. Now it doesn't work out at the last moment and I don't have a present as a result, although I could have tried to find alternatives in good time if the shop provided truthful information. I trusted that my order would be processed reliably and on time and am now left empty-handed. Extremely annoying and disappointing !!! Never again. In my opinion, no business policy and no dealing with customers - not even for a simple print shop. ??????
