Dass einmal das Gebäck nicht vollständig u verspätet war, wird durch die prompte und sehr freundliche Reaktion des Unternehmens ausgeglichen, daher kein Abzug. Nach einem Telefonat wurde eine weitere Probelieferung in 14 Tagen versprochen, da es Probleme mit dem Lieferanten gab. Auch dieses Mal blieb der Frühstückstisch leer. So gewinnt man keine Kunden. The promised trial delivery in Villach never arrived. After a phone call, another trial delivery was promised in 14 days because there were problems with the supplier. This time, too, the breakfast table remained empty. That's not how you win customers.

Das ganze Sortiment von Brot bis zu den Kipferln alles top Ware, ist auch am nächsten Tag noch frisch ! Die Krapfen und Nuss oder Mohnschnecken geschmacklich 5 Sterne .Die Größe Haptik und Geschmack ist ausgezeichnet. Die Zustellung erfolgt immer in der Früh ab 5:00 und die bestellt Ware ist auch immer Korrekt geliefert worden. I've been getting the pastries from the delivery service for almost a week. The whole range from bread to croissants, all top goods, is still fresh the next day! The donuts and nuts or poppy seed rolls taste 5 stars. The size, feel and taste is excellent. The delivery always takes place in the morning from 5:00 and the ordered goods have always been delivered correctly.

Der Hinweis, man möge dem Zusteller eine Aufbewahrungsbox (leicht zugänglich) zur Verfügung stellen, ist in einem Wiener Mehrparteienhaus ein Witz! Die Lieferung muss bis zur Wohnungstür erfolgen. Eine Box im allgemeinen Gang aufzustellen ist feuerpolizeilichen Gründen nicht erlaubt. Schade - habe mich schon sehr darauf gefreut, endlich einen Lieferservice f. Gebäck zu haben. Update: am nächsten Tag hat die Probelieferung funktioniert. Das Gebäcksackerl lag vor meiner Wohnungstür, denn draußen auf der Straße wäre es nicht lange liegen geblieben. So ist das OK. Unfortunately, the sample delivery did not arrive, but two promotional emails. The advice to provide the deliverer with a storage box (easily accessible) is a joke in a Viennese apartment building! The delivery must be made to the door of the apartment. Setting up a box in the general aisle is not allowed for fire protection reasons. It's a shame - I was really looking forward to finally having a delivery service for pastries. Update: the next day the trial delivery worked. The bag of pastries was in front of my apartment door because it wouldn't have stayed long outside on the street. So that's OK.

I have been ordering from Morgengold in St. Pölten for almost 2 years now. We have deliveries every Saturday and are always looking forward to a good start to the weekend.
