Very friendly. Walk down the stairs and you will have a special view to the heart of the congress hall. 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent a very nice evening there, despite all the recommendations to eat somewhere else before the event we decided to have dinner there and it was surprisingly very tasty! Staff is not the nicest/not the most experienced but we still enjoyed the night.
