★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly hotel! lovely staff, fantastic views of the scenery, was given a waving goodbye send off and even was able to borrow an umbrella on a rainy day. A truly brilliant hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely family run friendly hotel. However, the gala evening buffet proved to be a big disappointment in terms of organisation. It seems that only the English understand the concept of queueing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel, spotlessly clean, well organised administration. Breakfasts offer a wide range of food, well presented and fresh. However, the vegetarian options at evening meal time was poor, lacked imagination, nutritionally inadequate and second rate in comparison with meat eating option. Sadly, it was evident that the chef was not conversant with vegetarian food options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely friendly hotel. Clean and smart room with beautiful views from our balcony. Would definitely return for a visit. Switzerland about 10 mins away by car and a shopping centre 15 mins walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good but there is no tea maker in the rooms. This is the best room we have ever had in a hotel in this country or abroad. It is spotless, the shower is very good as well. The only drawback is that you can be seen in the shower and on the toilet although you are blurred. The food leaves a lot to be desired. Staff are very friendly.
