Auf mein Handy hab ich dann eine Bestätigung für den Termin bekommen. Zur gebuchten Uhrzeit und am 31.07. war ich dann auch fünf Minuten vorher schon da. Da war ich schon verwundert warum die Tür vom Shop zu ist und nichtmal Licht brennt. Nach 10 Minuten.. es geschah noch immer nichts... hab ich dann die Telefonnummer an der Tür angerufen. Am Telefon sagte er mir, dass bei der Buchung was schief gelaufen wäre und er in einer Stunde (!) erst da sein kann. So unverlässlich und nervig.. die Stadt in Innsbruck ist durch die Staus und Baustellen eh schon unzumutbar geworden. Dass ich dann auch noch umsonst reinfahren musste, ist total ärgerlich und enttäuschend. Besonders mit so viel Wert in der Tasche. Der Mann am Telefon hat sich für die Situation entschuldigt, was mir jedoch nicht den Aufwand und die Zeit (über 2 Stunden für nichts + Parkgebühren) abgelten lässt. Mein Fazit: Unverlässlich und absolut NICHT vertrauenswürdig. Dieses Geschäft behauptet seriös zu sein... Ganz ehrlich: weder seriös noch vertrauenswürdig! Danke für nichts. I have booked an appointment using the online appointment calendar. Somehow the whole thing was very impersonal. I then got a confirmation for the appointment on my cell phone. At the booked time and on July 31. I was there five minutes beforehand. I was amazed why the door of the shop is closed and the light isn't even on. After 10 minutes ... still nothing happened ... then I called the phone number on the door. On the phone he told me that something went wrong with the booking and that he won't be there for an hour (!). So unreliable and annoying .. the city in Innsbruck has become unreasonable anyway due to the traffic jams and construction sites. The fact that I had to drive in for free is totally annoying and disappointing. Especially with so much value in your pocket. The man on the phone has apologized for the situation, but that doesn't compensate me for the effort and time (over 2 hours for nothing + parking fees). My conclusion: unreliable and absolutely NOT trustworthy. This business claims to be serious ... To be honest: neither serious nor trustworthy! Thanks for nothing.

Fein wäre gewesen, wenn bei den Öffnungszeiten angegeben wäre, dass vorher eine Anmeldung notwendig ist. So stand ich zunächst vor verschlossenem Geschäft. Die Terminvereinbarung per Telefon erfolgte wiederum problemlos und es wurde ein Termin eine Stunde später vereinbart! Nächstes Mal wieder! It feels like a layman selling gold - in my case, dental gold - in good hands and not ripped off. It would have been fine if the opening hours stated that registration was necessary beforehand. At first I was faced with a closed shop. The appointment by phone was again easily and it was an appointment an hour later! Next time again!
