★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, in particular one older asian lady, has no manners and no idea what being "customer friendly" means. Moncler should make sure that people representing them in the shop know how to treat the customers who come in willing to spend a lot of money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the last few days, I visited this store many times. The customer service is very friendly and always there to help. Every time we came to the store they welcomed us and always smiled. There were no problems with the delivery, the exchange, and the quality of products. They also gave us honest advice on the search for the perfect polo shirt. Later we were even able to see the new shoe collaboration with Converse and even reserve it for the release date.
