Die Bedienung kam nicht einmal abräumen und wir mussten aufstehen um zahlen gehen zu können. Leider nach der Bekanntgabe der Probleme keine Einsicht und unhöflich. Um 16.45 Uhr war im Restaurant zuerst keine Bedienung da. Es kam nur eine Reinigungskraft, die eine Menge Schmutz mit einem Besen vor sich herschob (und auch Minuten später noch immer dasselbe machte). Nach einer Weile kam ein Mitarbeiter und erklärte uns, dass es heute nichts mehr zu essen gäbe. Das Restaurant sei zwar bis 18.00 Uhr geöffnet und Küchenschluss sei sonst um 17.00 Uhr, aber es sei nichts los im Lokal. Ein weiteres Paar, das bei unserer Ankunft schon dort gewesen war, verließ daraufhin ebenso wie wir das Restaurant. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass man künstlich versuchte, die Gäste loszuwerden, um nichts mehr tun zu müssen. Sehr enttäuschend, zumal wir den Gutschein vermutlich im März auch nicht mehr einlösen können, weil es sich zeitlich nicht ausgehen wird. Today after work we wanted to redeem my husband's birthday voucher and vouchers from the current flyer. At 4:45 p.m. there was initially no service in the restaurant. Only one cleaner came and pushed a lot of dirt with a broom (and was still doing the same thing minutes later). After a while, an employee came and explained to us that there was nothing left to eat today. The restaurant is open until 6 p.m. and the kitchen usually closes at 5 p.m., but there is nothing going on in the restaurant. Another couple who had been there when we arrived then left the restaurant as we did. We had the impression that they were artificially trying to get rid of the guests so that nothing more had to be done. Very disappointing, especially since we probably won't be able to redeem the voucher in March because there won't be enough time.
