Gebrauchte Ware wird als neu verkauft Da ich für meine LiPo-Akkus eine sichere Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeit gesucht habe, bin ich auf den MODSTER Shop aufmerksam geworden. MODSTER vertreibt gelabelte Bat Bags. Diese Bat Bags gelten als mitunter sehr sichere Form der LiPo-Aufbewahrung. Als das als neu bestellte Case bei mir ankam, staunte ich nicht schlecht. Der Zustand war furchtbar. Die Aufbewahrungsbox ist verbeult, zerkratzt, es blättert der Lack ab und sie ist stark verschmutzt. Ich habe bis auf die Farbgebung identische Lipo Bags seit Jahren im Einsatz, ohne das auch nur eines in einem so schlechten Zustand ist, wie das von MODSTER mir verkaufte. Es wurde mir eine moderate Vergünstigung angeboten, die jedoch nicht dem schlechten Zustand entspricht. Der Rücksendeprozess ist auch umständlich gehalten und die Retoure-Kosten werden beim Kunden abgeladen. Unverständlich wenn man bedenkt, dass der Kunde für einen solchen Umgang auch noch draufzahlen muss. Ich hoffe das diese Qualitätssicherung und dieser Umgang mit Kunden nicht zur gewohnten Praxis bei MODSTER gehört. Ich für meinen Teil kann nur von einer Online-Bestellung hier abraten!

Used goods are sold as new Since I was looking for a safe way to store my LiPo batteries, I found out about the MODSTER shop. MODSTER sells labeled bat bags. These bat bags are sometimes considered to be a very safe form of LiPo storage. When I received the newly ordered case, I was amazed. The condition was terrible. The storage box is dented, scratched, the paint is peeling off and it is very dirty. Except for the coloring, I have been using identical Lipo Bags for years, without even one being in as bad a condition as the one from MODSTER sold to me. I was offered a moderate discount, but it does not reflect the poor condition. The return process is also kept cumbersome and the return costs are charged to the customer. Incomprehensible when you consider that the customer has to pay extra for such handling. I hope that this quality assurance and this way of dealing with customers are not part of MODSTER's usual practice. For my part, I can only advise against ordering online!

⚠️⚠️ NICHT KAUFEN - BRANDGEFÄHRLICH ⚠️⚠️ Bei Modellsport Schweighofer habe ich am 31.03. und 10.04. jeweils einen "Modster Bat Safe Lipo Tresor" mit der Artikelnummer 262582 gekauft. Während bei erstbestellten Artikel die Verarbeitung aktzeptabel ist, kann bei zweitbestellten Artikel von Qualität keine Rede sein. Der Deckel liegt bereits ohne geschlossenen Verschlussbügel fast auf dem Unterteil des Lipo Tresor auf, eine "Vorspannung" fehlt. Schließe ich den Bügel, so wird der Deckel mit sowenig Zug geschlossen, dass die Dichtung nicht ordentlich schließt. Ich habe eine eingeschaltete Taschenlampe in den Lipo Tresor gelegt, der Lichtschein war außen sichtbar!!! Sowas geht gar nicht! Im Falle eines Akkubrandes treten an dieser undichten Stelle heiße Gase und Flammen aus, so dass der teuere Lipo Tresor hier keinerlei Wirkung hat. Meine Reklamation wurde zunächst von Frau Lisa Hirtzi mit E-Mail vom 27.04. mit dem Verweis abgelehnt, das der zuständige Techniker/Einkäufer der Ansicht ist, dass es sich hierbei um eine Fertigungstoleranz handelt. In welchem Bereich ist dieser Mitarbeiter Techniker? Pausenbewirtung? Meine erneute Bitte auf Austausch wurde von Frau Elke Leonhard mit E-Mail vom 28.04. ebenfalls abgelehnt. Auch hier wurde mitgeteilt, dass es sich "um eine Fertigungstoleranz und nicht um einen Mangel handelt". Weiterhin teilte mir Frau Leonhard mit, dass "alle Modelle diese Fertigungstoleranzen aufweisen" und ein "Umtausch nicht möglich sei". Bei einem Produkt, welches einen gewissen Sicherheitsaspekt zu erfüllen hat, sind derartige "Fertigungstoleranzen" nicht hinnehmbar. Das ist Murks bzw. Ausschussware aus Fernost. Daher Vorsicht und FINGER WEG VON DIESEM ZEUG!!! 3 Sterne nur, damit die Rezension auf Google Maps sichtbar wird. Tatsächlich vergebe ich 0 Sterne!

⚠️⚠️ DO NOT BUY - RISK OF FIRE ⚠️⚠️ At Modellsport Schweighofer on March 31st I and 10.04. each bought a "Modster Bat Safe Lipo Tresor" with the item number 262582. While the workmanship is acceptable for items ordered first, there can be no question of quality for items ordered second. The lid is almost on the lower part of the Lipo Safe without the locking clip closed, and there is no "pretension". If I close the bracket, the lid is closed with so little pull that the seal does not close properly. I put a switched on flashlight in the Lipo Safe, the light was visible from the outside !!! That doesn't work at all! In the event of a battery fire, hot gases and flames escape at this leak, so that the expensive Lipo safe has no effect here. My complaint was initially received from Ms. Lisa Hirtzi by email on April 27th. rejected with the reference that the responsible technician / buyer is of the opinion that this is a manufacturing tolerance. In which area is this employee a technician? Break catering? My renewed request for an exchange was received from Ms. Elke Leonhard by email from April 28th. also rejected. Here, too, it was stated that it is "a manufacturing tolerance and not a defect". Ms. Leonhard also informed me that "all models have these manufacturing tolerances" and that "an exchange is not possible". In the case of a product that has to meet a certain safety aspect, such "manufacturing tolerances" are unacceptable. This is botch or rejects from the Far East. So be careful and FINGER OFF THIS STUFF !!! 3 stars only so that the review is visible on Google Maps. In fact, I give it 0 stars!
